I have been kind of bored tonight, so I decided to take a look at other teams we might face in the playoffs message boards. The consensus is..........most do not want to see Dallas. Seattle appears to be the most worried about us since we already won there.

Detroit fans are like usual, calling Romo a choker and they expect him to mess up in the big game but they are still worried some. GB's fans don't want to face Seattle but they think they can handle us easily due to match-ups, I tend to agree but they are not unbeatable. Very few of their fans are worried about us and that is the way I like it.

It is interesting that quite a few are giving Tony props and saying that he has never played like this and that Murray is benefiting from Linehan's calling.

Nothing ground-breaking here, just fun to read others views.......

Detroit and Green Bay fans are not worried. Good.

There isn't anyone in the league that should be thinking that Dallas is "good" to have on their playoff schedule...we have all thought "which Dallas team will play today", but in the last several weeks, it has been consistently the good version, and the beat-downs that they gave to indy and philly should show teams that dallas is not quick out...I am a little fearful of this Washington game (just want health at the end), but I am not fearing anyone in the NFC and certainly there is no one in the AFC that is running roughshod over the AFC week-in and week-out.....

Go Dallas

I want The Cards...
Really would love to see Dez vs Double-P rematch! With Romo in the Blue corner this time!!!!

Eh, I don't need to see it because I already know what would happen. Dez was getting plenty of separation in the first game, he would own Peterson if Romo was delivering the mail.

All teams are flawed. Rodgers is not 100%. Detroit barely beat the Bears at home. Cards are on to QB #4.

We have as good a chance as any of them as long as we stay healthy. Seattle is the biggest hurdle.

I like Carr, but I don't want to see Carr vs Nelson or Carr vs Megatron. I'd love to play AZ with their 3rd or 4th string QB. Detroit's offense hasn't been grea, but I don't want them getting well against us.

I think it will be Detroit coming to Dallas, then Dallas going to GB then Dallas to Seattle. Damn tough, but I do think we are capable of doing it.

Something (300+ yds) tells me that we won't be seeing Carr against Calvin Johnson again.

I want some Detroit tho. I hate Stafford and their fan base.

Of all the teams in the NFC in the hunt, I only dislike Detroit - all the other teams I have no problem with. When we played them, it was one cheap shot after another. Come on, on a kneel down, you try to take a player out. Still do not know how that guy did not get fined. OK, if that is how you want to play the game, whatever. Just something about that team that I really dislike. Suh actually played a pretty clean game, which was surprising. But otherwise, I DO NOT like a team that plays to hurt to win. Win on your merits, or get off the field. This is how these guys make their money and it is usually a short career.

So yes, if you wind up playing Detroit, take them out. And I mean with fair playing (not that you will get that from Detroit).

That's pretty much what I've found as well, although the Seattle fans I've come across seem to feel that Dallas beat the injured Seattle, not the real Seattle, and the real Seattle will not lose at home to anyone twice, and certainly not the Cowboys.

If you get bored and want to get them riled up, ask them how long it's been since they faced a top 10 QB. Just so you know, it was October 12, and it was Tony Romo. During this 5-game win streak, they beat AZ back-ups twice, Kaepercan't, and Butt Fumble. Next, they play St Louis. In the divisional round of the playoffs, they'll either play AZ or a bad NFCS team. It's very possible that they don't face an excellent QB until the NFCCG. That would be over 3 months of beating average to bad QBs. Seattle is 2-2 against top 10 QBs this season, beating Rodgers and Manning, but not Rivers and Romo. BTW, the 2 QBs not scared to throw to Sherman's side? Rivers and Romo.

I agree with all of this. Green Bay has been unimpressive in recent weeks. Detroit and Arizona are very beatable; I think we're the favorites in either one of those. Seattle is hot right now, and they will almost certainly have the home field advantage. That one makes me real nervous.

I guess we will find out after this weekend, but I wonder if there is a scenario where the Boys could host the NFC championship game?

Speaking of the Lions how come Stafford doesn't get bashed on the level that Romo does when Romo fails to get to the playoffs or win a playoff game. Haters are quick to put all of he blame on Romo even though it's not all of his fault and other problems with the team were to blame.

But everybody keeps on saying how talented the Lions are and with this "talented" team Stafford fails to get them to playoff success. Will Stafford ever get bashed the way that Romo does. Or is it just a hate on Romo/Cowboys thing?
