As you all know I want Iupati so bad I can taste it

But heres my other OG’s selections

John Jerry, Ole Miss
Height: 6-5. Weight: 335.
Projected 40 Time: 5.32.
Combine 40 Time: 5.15.
Pro Day 40 Time: DNP.
Benchx225: 31. Arm: 34.
Projected Round (2010): 3-4

In his playing career, Jerry admits to weighing as much as 360lbs. He played last year at 340lbs. Now? A slim 328 and dropping fast.
Mean while, his strength is still there
When Ole Miss needed tough rushing yards in 2008, they ran behind John Jerry, NOT Michael Oher.
On that tape, Jerry knows there is one thing scouts won't see: sacks.
"I think the last time was my sophomore year...I really don't remember who it was," Jerry said.
Has starting experience at both right tackle and right guard
Experienced 4 year starter
Understands blitz pickups and rarely makes mental errors
Roadgrader as a run blocker - ideal fit for a power running team
Has the look of a big powerful right guard. Huge arms.
Played well after moving to guard at the 2009 mid-season

He started 46 games, including 12 at right guard as a freshman, nine at right guard in 2007, 13 at right tackle as a junior and eight at right tackle before shifting to right guard for the last four contests as a senior. He blocked for a 1,000-yard rusher in the 2006, 2007 and 2009 seasons. In the last two years, he allowed six sacks and eight quarterback pressures.

Marshall Newhouse, TCU
Height: 6-4. Weight: 322.
Projected 40 Time: 5.09.
Combine 40 Time: 5.00.
Benchx225: 25. Arm: 34.
Projected Round (2010): 3-4.

started every game at left tackle for the second straight season led TCU in knockdown blocks and overall blocking grade .

EAST-WEST SHRINE RISERS: OG Marshall Newhouse, TCU: He lined up all along the offensive line this week, turning his man out of the hole, setting quickly in pass protection and generally out-working his man whether playing inside or outside. The 6-3, 326-pound former Horned Frog projects to guard at the next level, but scouts value his versatility to slide over to either tackle spot if needed.

Zane Beadles, OT/G, Utah
Height: 6-4. Weight: 307.
Projected 40 Time: 5.26.
Pro Day 40 Time: DNP.
Benchx225: 30. Arm: 33 3/4.
Projected Round (2010): 4-5.

And heres one of my pets this year – he can play Tackle or G

2009 Senior Bowl Invite...2009 East-West Shrine Invite…2008: First-team All-MWC … named Utah's Top Offensive Lineman … played and started in 12 games (missed UNLV game with injury) … led Utah with 40 knockdowns (bowl stats were not kept) … had 42 pancake blocks and 27 cuts … first-team ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District VIII … Academic all-MWC … made the Athletic Director's Honor Roll. 2007: Second-team all-conference … started all 13 games at left tackle … moved from guard to tackle in preseason camp after a season-ending injury to the scheduled starter, Jason Boone … participated in 856 plays in the regular season (bowl stats were not kept) to rank second on the line … totaled 22 pancake blocks, 37 knockdowns and 17 cuts in regular season play … achieved the best overall grade on the line in six games … Academic all-MWC … made Utah’s Athletics Academic Honor Roll. 2006: Played in all 13 games and started 12 at left guard (came off the bench against BYU after missing practice with a concussion) … in 12 regular season games (bowl stats were not kept), he participated in 696 plays--for an average of 58 plays per game … totaled 10 pancake blocks, 10 cut blocks and 19 knockdowns … received the highest grade (83%) of the Utah offensive linemen in his very first college game (the season-opener at UCLA) … personal-best grades of 87% against both Northern Arizona and TCU … made the Dean's List and Utah's Athletics Academic Honor Roll.

Andrew Tyshovnytsky, Fordham
Height: 6-4. Weight: 317.
Projected 40 Time: 5.10.
Pro Day 40 Time: 4.91.
Benchx225: 33. Arm: .
Projected Round (2010): 5-6.
3/9/10: Andrew Tyshovnytsky shined at his Pro Day. In addition to running a 4.91 and benching 225 pounds 33 times, he performed well in the positional drills

Tyler Eastman Maine Height 6-6 Weight 325
strength at left tackle comes from his thick lower-body build and leg strength, which he used to successfully anchor in pass protection and drills.
Eastman continues to impress scouts. We can report the Baltimore Ravens are taking a hard look at Eastman and like his skills. A source from the team told us the big tackle may have played himself into the late rounds of the draft.
Eastman has been one of the bigger surprises this week. He’s shown skill at left tackle and has looked rather good. Some scouts feel he’d be better off on the right side while others feel he could be an athletic zone blocking guard

Derek Hardman, Eastern Kentucky
Height: 6-6. Weight: 305.
Projected 40 Time: 5.19.
Projected Round (2010): 4-5
For the most part Hardman has looked solid. He’s moved well at the left tackle and left guard positions.

Ramon Harewood 6-6 #350 OG

40-yard dash in 5.27 - He is a project

i like jerry in the 3rd newhouse in the 5th but he is rising so wont be there most likely plus i can just hear the jokes from other fans about him coupled with romo jokes now.

if dallas likes him i wouldnt mind harewood in the 7th to groom behind BIGG unless we are sure we could get him as an UDFA

I think we need a swing OT - I really want J'Marcus Webb, West Texas A&M
or Jason Fox

and a G this year both to groom for a year or 2 - I think Brewster maybe the RG according to the coaches - but who knows

I'm a big fan of Newhouse but would have no complaints with John Jerry. Not a big fan of Zane Beadles. If a team has some to develop a player you found a gem in Andrew Tyshovnytsky.

If I have a pet cat, it's John Jerry. He's 1000% perfect for the Cowboys. He'll go in round 2.

I like Asamoah and Petrus. I also like Beadles and I also like Carter.

Iupati
Saffold
Newhouse

and now John Jerry are on my radar for guard...

all this is good ... but I think that Jerry leans toward a strategy where he'd rather take an OT ... and if it doesn't work out the guy can move inside. And we've really go no depth at OT right now so I can really see Jerry following that path again.

well my thinking an Jerry's shoud be draft a big guy for a back up to Free an Columbo - I like my OT esp LT to be big like Flo was

so I am looking at

Tony Washington, Abilene Christian
Height: 6-6. Weight: 311.
Projected 40 Time: 5.10.
Combine 40 Time: 5.19.
Benchx225: 33. Arm: 35 1/2.
Projected Round (2010): 2-3.

2/26/10: Tony Washington impressively weighed in at 6-6, 311, with 35.5-inch arms. Washington is an offensive tackle to keep your eye on during the Combine

J'Marcus Webb, West Texas A&M
Height: 6-7. Weight: 328.
Projected 40 Time: 5.30.
Pro Day 40 Time: 5.29.
Benchx225: 17.

OT J’Marcus Webb (6-foot-7 3/8, 328 pounds) ran the 40-yard dash in 5.31 and 5.29 seconds, had a 25 ½-inch vertical jump, an 8-foot, 5-inch broad jump, 4.14-second short shuttle, 7.63-second three-cone drill and did 17 bench press repetitions at 225 pounds.ran 5.30 and 5.35 in the 40-yard-dash, 4.86 in the short shuttle and 8.11 in the three-cone drill. He put up 18 reps on the bench and recorded an 8-6 broad jump and 28.0 vertical jump.
