Tell me what you like best about this season so far dating all the way back to the start of the off season. It can be anything you want as long as it doesn't have anything to do with the record.

Same thing for what you like least.

For me what I like best has been the enthusiasm and emotion shown by the coaching staff and players during the games. They look like they are having fun, and as a result I am having more fun.

For what I like least, there is only one move that I really have no liked and it gets my vote. I hate that we waived Matt Moore. I really enjoyed watching him in pre-season and think we should have kept him.

We have a real qb :bicep:

The defense still makes me want to :puke:

I don't fear whenever the QB drops back to pass - he has my trust. First time inyears.

Least - I'd like to control the running game and slow down the pace. One of the things I liked about Parcells was his game clock management. The best defense is a good offense.

My favorite moment(s) of the season have been watching Marion Barber tote the rock. Boy is he fun to watch. He just drills people as he runs, I just love his heart and his ferocity.

The best moments are yet to come for this team, for the first time in 12 years, I am wildly optimistic!

I love having a confident kicker like Folk, no more worried about missing 30 yard FGs. I love how potent the offense is, and I too like seeing enthusiastic coaching staff.

I dislike what I'm seeing with lack of pass defense, it seems like our DBs are constantly getting burned, I also dislike seeing defense's inability to prevent so many 3rd and long conversion.

Overall, I am happy with this team and I have no doubt in my mind that we'll be in the playoffs.

Most - The progression of Romo

The media in the offseason questioned Romo's legitimacy as a fixture at QB. He went undrafted. The December collapse. The Seattle game. He's hot and cold. He gambles too much. He's distracted by too much off-the-field stuff. He hasn't started a full year yet. The jury's still out.

And while he hasn't been 100% perfect every throw, or every game, he steps up when the pressure is highest and wills this team to win. He just makes plays, getting something out of nothing, where afterwards all you can do is shake your head and smile at the same time.

It's a great feeling having a real franchise QB again.

Least - The defense

They definitely made progress after the Giants game, and they will improve once Henry and Newman are 100% and they get a better hold of the Phillips 34, but I admit I was expecting more coming into this season than what I've seen so far.

What I like the best about this season: Tony Romo, Nick Folk, DeMarcus Ware, Jason Witten, Marion Barber, Jeremiah Ratliff, and Patrick Crayton are all playing very well and with a lot of enthusiasm. Even my natural dislike for all things Terrell Owens has been tempered this year.

I love the playcalling and the adjustments we see at halftime and throughout the game (last Sunday notwithstanding).

What I don't like: The penalties and lack of good tackling.

13-3 and a SB win, sounds like 1992 all over again and I like it!

I love watching Romo play. He has inspired me to make a logo(like the Jordan basketball logo) for him that I am gonna have embroided on some cowboys shirts I am having made. I just did one of TO on the star and put it on shirt. I gotta get a good one of Romo.

Its fun to be a winning Cowboy fan again. I say "winning cowboy fan" because even with the losing seasons... its always fun to be Cowboys fan. I watch EVERY GAME with such amped-up-ed-ness as you possibe can LOL

Regardless of the outcome of the season. WE ARE A FORCE AGAIN.

Regardless of how this defense is playing now. HOPEFULLY WE CAN ONLY GET BETTER.

This team is better than we know... better than it shows.... THAT EXCITES ME.

LEAST:

I think that not targeting Owens and not making him a primary(in some way, shape or form) is going to contribute to our lack of success. The guy took over games in San Fran and Philly. We need to make a concerted effort to get that here. Even Wade has alluded to it... but I wonder how long it takes... I dont like that we dont have him in motion more... or the quick slants. I think that TD on Sunday by TO could be had all day long. We need to passes to him close to the line of scrimmage while he is going horizontally or diagonally... HE WILL TAKE CARE OF REST after that. Get those drops in check.

I dont like that Romo is not working on the "play action" more....whether it is "working on his fake to RB" or just plain using it.... by doing so he will have the safeties bite and move in therefore opening up the big plays for Owens and Crayton and later Glenn downfield. You cant just send players deep and expect it to work simply because they ran deep and maybe beat their man(or coverage)

Penalties have been our undoing. Good thing its only resulted in 1 loss. But the wins were against teams not playing well or just flat out bad.

I dont like that we dont pass to our RB's. Barber is a beast with the ball in his hands. Julius could get something going in space.

This O-line should be bustin open holes and its not.

Hey YM, be real careful. The Cowboys star is a trademark. If you use it without permission and make a profit from it, you can be sued.

I am enjoying the development of Patrick Crayton and think he can be a starter provided Dallas brings in a young talent that can stretch defenses and allow him work the middle of the field.

I am not enjoying the play of Roy Williams because you just never know what you're going to get from him. Fair or unfair, I expect more from him I guess.

The emergence of Romo and this offense, Barber and his inspirational play on the field, the front 7 coming together, and Reeves starting to show signs of life.

Romo's play at QB, and the way Barber runs. Also the way we are using Witten in our offense. Confidence and a little swagger that this team is showing, and it hasnt had that in YEARS.

Dislikes: Below average run blocking despite what our numbers may say, and injuries have really hampered what this defense CAN be.

Just so you know. I absolutely do not want to sell anything.

The embroidery shop does things on a request basis. They dont advertise anything that I just mentioned.

Its simple. I buy a Nike shirt, I put a star or a design(TO logo or Romo logo) on it and **I** wear it. No mass production here... LOL nor was I trying to get anyone interested in it. But if someone wanted they could PM me and I could get them one at cost. I have no interest in making a buck on this.

It is purely for us Cowboys fans that may want something a little unique. If not, then I will just wear them

Thanks for the post... by not my intention.

I will post the Romo sillouette when its done. No star in that one.

Keeping my list simple.

Likes:
I like the verticality and diversity of the offense. It's fun to watch.
I like Leonard Davis mauling folks.
I actually like the progress of Jacques Reeves.

Dislikes:

I dislike the stunted running game. No matter who's back there, I think it's hard for Barber or Julius to get in a rhythm.

I dislike all the penalties they've been making. Repeat of last year w/these guys.

I hate the injury to Terry Glenn.
