Our 1 Wr is Shultz

You should be happy then bc Noah had the most targets in the game. This inspite of him dropping the first pass and fumbling inside the 5...

Not his best game.

Romo was kinda working Dak on that pass too. My stream lagged, but it didn't look that bad at the time. I need to see it again.

Don't understand why it's seen as a bad thing for Dak to have a guy he trusts in certain situations. Every QB has his "security blanket".

If this forum existed in the 1990's people would be getting on Aikman for relying too much on Jay Novacek. Remember Troy saying "if Jay isn't my TE I don't want to play football anymore"?

Imagine if he said that in an era when social media existed.

Exactly. What a weird thing to be concerned with. They need to move the football who cares about targets….
Targets tell you who they are trying to move the ball with
They moved the ball well with Schultz
I think one of his 5 catches wasn’t a first down
That is the definition of moving the ball

As long as Dak is playing, he's the receiver who Dak feels most comfortable with. I don't care how much Dak works out with these guys at his house, or how bad we feel we need a #1. SHULTZ will always be the option Dak is good with.

I'm not happy with this, because I feel Wrs get you bigger plays, but hey it's all about#4, that's why we have him$40

Were you this upset when Jason Witten was Tony Romo's favorite target?

It was Witten. Now it's Schultz. Soon it will be Ferguson.

Dak likes short throws to tight ends right in front of him.
It is a safe alternative to throwing it out of bounds or throwing an INT.

I have said for years we need to get Dak an elite tight end or draft one with great Physical Traits...
An Elite tight end is way more valuable and more of a mismatch than an Elite WR.

It's not that Schultz is amazing. If guys would sit down and watch games you'd be surprised in how many games dump off passes to the TE or RB are wide open.

Also Lamb was our leading receiver

He also has better hands than the starting three rcvrs who have issues with drops

shultz caught 5 of 5 targets, The TE is often easier to throw to and is closer. Partly depends on the defense they are playing.

If they played NE, bill might just take away shultz over gallup or lamb.

Cause INEPTO has issues throwing downfield and locating his WR in panic mode......This jag got tagged just because of this....

Very upset, 3rd and 10 we hit him for 5

Nothing wrong with a good TE as a security blanket for a QB. Brady had Rob, Ryan had Gonzales, Rivers had Gates and like I said, Romo had Witten. I don't see a problem with Schultz being a security blanket for Dak.
