I don't expect anything from fans, once they make their minds up. What I'm saying is his career is not over with and there is still time to win it all. You claiming he never will is about as lame as those who claimed Peyton could not win the big game. So if Romo were to win it all then it all changes? The guy is a great QB and deserves better fans than he has to deal with.

Romo, until he wins a playoff game has done squat for the fans and the franchise. These game stats are great for his scrapbook and his HOF introduction. Unfortunately, and again, they do squat for the fans. We can wait until the chickens come home and the horse escapes the farm but the realist in me says Romo will win "it all" in an alternative universe, because he sure isn't winning it here much less a playoff game. Can he win it all? Sure, when the Broncos, 49ers, Packers, Seahawks, Chiefs -- even the Ravens and Eagles disqualify themselves. Even then, it will difficult to teach Tona to not thow into double and triple coverage.
He seem to be a very patient person.
I admire that. But at some time we shall all half to admit that our QB was not made for big games.

The franchise believes in him that is why he had his contract extended as for fans I laugh at most of you, To win big it take a team not Romo alone but you guys do not get it. You live in a video world where you play your madden and win the championship every time you play. Romo shares in the blame but the guy is a very good QB with the ability to help this team win it all. Will that happen I don't know again it is a team accomplishment not an individual one. Hell if it was all about the best QB Rodgers would be sporting 2 or 3 more rings but he doesn't because the team as a whole has failed to do so due to weakness they were unable to overcome.

As Great as Peyton is he has 1 and yet his play during that SB run was not great but the Colts as a team stepped up and won it. Some of you will never understand.

Romo is not the problem, again I have seen all of our Q.B.'s since 1964 and he is better than all but Stabauch and possibly Aikman with Meredith right in there, not bad company if you ask me. Opinions are like you know what and all of us have them. Time will tell.

I agree. Romo has done good things here. But at what point do some people stop defending his late game meltdowns? I'm afraid his window might be closed. And don't tell me it's a TEAM game and if he had a good defense he would win it all. Those are excuses. It is a quarterback driven league guys. And if your qb plays well, the team plays well.

There is 99% of the problem. Last time I checked that is a 53 man roster and asking 1 man to win it all can't be done.

Belief me, when Murray and Dez and Witten start thowing into double and triple coverage in the last minute of play, I, too, will hurl criticisms at them. But, last I heard, he is the team general and gives orders and leads. But in the Tony Romo Universe of Personal Acclaim, I guess the general recuses hisself with things go south as in thow best left on the sandlot.
I feel dizzy with my fine retort. I must lay down and recoup.

I don't see people hollering OL so evidently the Cowboys did something right. Hate to tell you guys but every team will have areas of need Dallas is no different.

I agree but at least this way, we, as fans, can be better able to direct our anger when the draft doesn't go our way.

It wasn't an option but if we have another .500 season with the talent on this team then we definitely need another head coach. I for one hope Garrett finally turns the corner and becomes the type of coach who can get the most out of a team but so far he has been extremely mediocre. With our talent level, I can't help but think the right coach would have us in the hunt for a Superbowl every year.

DT, HB, CB/SS/FS - the backfield on the defense is horrible and up front they aren't too bad but man they get burnt in the passing game and most times it's not because the passer had all day it's just because the only cornerback that we have that can really play great ball is Carr and sometimes Scandrick. Runningback depth is bad but I think the young guys can step up but I'm done with murray at this point he is injured way to much to be the leading RB on this team. Also we need to adress the o-line for when waters leaves.

A pass defense that is at least average.
