Our Coaches need to stand up to Jerry!

What exactly would happen if per say Shotty said NO we're not going to do this or that this way, I'm the coach you hired, I want to do it my way! What repercussions could Jerry actually impose on that coach? What is he going to say "you're fired?" The coach gets fired, and there's a press conference, the coach says "things didn't work out??" Stand up to Jerry, what can he really do if you voice how you feel? Could he turn the other NFL owners against that coach, it's not like people don't know how he is in the first place!! Please give your thoughts

It was a good idea at the time. MM just didn't know how to use him correctly.
Maybe Jerry should have told him how to. But he was too busy making deals adding bad art to the Death Star.

They can push back but ultimately, they don't decide whose drafted, whose released, or any final roster decisions. The problem is Scotty is going to be even softer than MM with the Jones cult bc he's grateful for to them for giving him the opportunity to finally be a HC.

That's exactly what it is, the feeling of being grateful they took a chance on him, so to repay them i'll keep things on the hush and not be a man. The hell is Jerry going to do spank them or something

I have that: Drive the ball down the field, get to the red zone, GET A PENALTY, kill the momentum of the drive, bring out the kicker for the FG= it's our only real way of scoring points!!

I have to disagree. It was a bad idea, because even when the O-line was better, when he was here the first time, he was all but useless.
