What issue was that? Zeke only carried the ball about 5 times a game, often just short yardage, and it wouldn't have been that much if Rico hadn't missed a couple of starts. He was just a seldom used backup

Surely you aren't talking about Rico. Zeke's carries were a drop in the bucket compared to Rico's carries. Surely you realize no RB carries the ball 100% of the time.

What exactly would happen if per say Shotty said NO we're not going to do this or that this way, I'm the coach you hired, I want to do it my way! What repercussions could Jerry actually impose on that coach? What is he going to say "you're fired?" The coach gets fired, and there's a press conference, the coach says "things didn't work out??" Stand up to Jerry, what can he really do if you voice how you feel? Could he turn the other NFL owners against that coach, it's not like people don't know how he is in the first place!! Please give your thoughts

Jerry has access to assistant coaches and he will direct them. he has access to players and he will direct them. its not the first time Jerry has by passed the coach and did stuff.
