It's a shame to see the guy we built the team around sitting on the bench while the Cowboys have the best team they've ever had in his era.
Do you guys think Romo would have put up atleast 11 points with his defense getting him the ball 3 times?
I do.
I understand the hot hand theory. I get it. But hot hands turn cold and this great season means nothing with a 1-and-done in the playoffs.
This is a good post, but let me be honest, not negative. I think the young Romo defies what the fans think and wins this game with this team, bottom line. Today, no, not only do we still lose, the Giants know put pounds on him and something in his body snaps. Romo loses more than just play, mentally he gets shattered too. That being said, these are the games I want Dak to experience. This year is a ride, but it should be setting up for next season. Dak needs these games where he can experience what the coaches cant team him, film cant teach him, no one can tell him. You are going to face a team in bad weather thats paid to take you out, hatred, passion, determination.
Garrett still hasnt learned, the GIants always stand up to play us. If they are 0-11, guess what, they are standing up to play us. IF they are 11-1 , they are standing up to play us. Stats never matter in these games. They always stand up to play us. Only when the Giants play us, do they have multiple injuries and they dont miss a beat. Garrett will NOT attack a weak piece of an opponent. The Giants know whats on the line and they remind themselves every minute.
Last night was about Dak, and thats how it went down. A good loss but everyone has to learn. These are the games he has to play and hopefully learn from. A loss is just as useful as a win. I just hope we capitalize off it.
