Shame too because with our personnel we could play more aggressive given our LBs.

But they do what they do. Play 4 man fronts and try to stunt you to death with largely passive zones behind them with some man sprinkled in.

It's true this Dallas D is not the team that would lose a two score lead with 7 minutes left in the game like so many times in the past. But they're not playing elite. Plus our offense has to get that lead. Too many penalties, drops, and turnovers.

I think Bennett will be a huge boost for this team. He played great tonight. He hit Jones quite a bit and was always pushing his man back.

Yes its the Giants but they held them under 300 yards of offense and held Barkley under 30 yards rushing. That means something.

Don’t calm down, rejoice if you want to. The defense is and will continue to play good. One key thing that majority of people missed or don’t know, is the reason they played so well is because of Sean Lee!! His leadership, experience, film study and his recognition of formation and plays. Leighton is good and young and fast but he has not reached Sean’s level of the intangibles of everything that I said about Sean he will get there though

Is back? Do you realize how bad the Giants O line is and how they had a rookie QB that has turned the ball over 19 times in 8 games? This win reminds me of the all the chatter after beating the Giants, Skins and Miami.

If our D is back than there’s at least 5 other teams the Giants have played that can say the same thing.

That’s a tad harsh.

Giants have been held to fewer than 20 points 5 times this year, twice by the Cowboys.

The other 3 teams to hold them to under 20? New England, Minnesota and Buffalo, who all have very strong defenses.

Oh....I see, so we lose to the one win Jets a few weeks ago, beat an Eagles team who had 5 missing starters (not an excuse, just facts), then beat a 2 win Giants team with a rookie QB who has one of the bottom 4 defenses in the league and a horrendous O line and we’re supposed to be sold on our defense because of Philly?

Your points are valid, but consistently you forget to make excuses for the team that you root for; they were missing key players against the Jets. Many had them losing to Philly, and the Giants were a trap game ; a divisional foe, with a HOF RB that was going to run all over Dallas. Some of us are fans, that's all. We accept the good and the bad.
