We have no patience to let players just develop anymore. Players like Parsons, Tyler, Diggs, Dak, Zeke, etc that were immediately great players have skewed peoples perception of what a rookie development looks like. Settle down and let players develop.
It's just frustration.

When a person is hungry and thirsty they get testy. Cowboys fans are no different.

There it is right there. THE SUPER BOWL IS NOT THE GOAL FOR ME. It may be the goal for the Dallas Cowboys, but it is not why I watch.

That's just how I enjoy life. Do I want the Cowboys to win it all , Damn right. I've been here for all five ! Watching the team is why, watching players that I admire perform well

Watching the team I admire play well, That's why I watch. So futility ? Nah as long as they play hard, win some games I'm good . The Super Bowls will come when they come.

It's the journey my man, not the destination
OK. BUT at the same time you have no business ever criticizing anyone that does have that goal.

Our fanbase is too entitled

It's sad that that so much of the fan base is so used to the mediocrity shoved down our collective throats by an ego maniac owner for decades, that those of us who think we deserve better are considered entitled. There are plenty of us out there that know better.
You lay in crap long enough, you get used to it.

I would say too entitled because it’s been 28 years since we reached the Conf championship gm and every year Jerry and son crow about a Super Bowl.

We have a great roster but we need a Jimmy type hc w power to hire and fire. Until then, it will be a miracle if we reach the Conf championship gm.
Roosters crow and keep up with the flock...hens lay the eggs. Now, what breed are being referenced here?

Plymouth Rock, New Hampshire, Rhode Island Red, Leghorn, Sussex, Australop, Minorca, Wyandote, Orphington,

28 Years and counting. Through out those years, there have been some really good teams with heartbreaking ends to their seasons. Yes, we should feel like we deserve a damn SB!!

Yawn. Prospects are nothing; results are everything.
Don't worry about replacing Einstein...three points higher and that can reach sedimentary rock.

Now, how about some relevant football?

That as a remark went out of the window about week two of the off season...which we all are still a part of which.

And crying towels are no where a reissued item for fans needing them constantly.

entitlement applies for some but impatient or irritated is more the word. We were regulars in the big shows in the 70s and 90s and now we arent. Imagine how Detroit feels. We are guaranteed nothing and ill enjoy it regrdless
Correction, see current season.

An excellent question that challenges my limited hen knowledge.

My expertise lies in Cowboys history, Cowboys uniform numbers, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, and of course WW II, esp the eastern front (41-45).

On the one hand... entitled.... On the other hand, almost 30 years since the last championship... What a paradox we are!
