Our Offense is Underperforming. Where is the Secret Sauce?

Our offense has scored three touchdowns in two games. Stephen said we had the Secret Sauce. Has he kept the secret from Bill Callahan, JG and Romo. With all the weapons we have, this is the best we can do?

We are playing way too conservatively. It looks like a rewind of last year and the year before. Where are the 12 package plays? Where are the attacking plays with Dez, Witten and Miles.

We are soooo vanilla. and we don't have the personnel to stuff the ball down people's throat.

We need an attitude adjustment.

We should have brough Norv back. Bill is not getting it done.

I really dont understand why we cant score with our offensive talent, but red zone has been an issue the entire time Garrett has been here. I dont see how it magically fixes itself over night. I think we are going to have to cut our loses with Garrett at season end and install a brand new offense under a brand new coaching staff next year.

Basically blow the offense up and start over.

If you can't run the ball, you can't run play action to give the QB an extra second to find a mismatch. It really is that simple. Our line is just not good at run blocking. It is not just Bern, the line is never in sync with each other on a consistent basis. Until that is solved, we will continue to be an 8-8 team. We also need to find a TE that can get YAC. Witten is really slowing down and seem to be stuck in mud for huge parts of the game. Having Dez run more slants would help keep the blitz off of Romo.

I said this off-season that the Cowboys should have fired Garrett as well.

Making Callahan the play caller didn't fix anything. It's still Garrett's unimaginative scheme, just a different play caller.

Still can't believe some of the play calling, and some of the decisions Romo made today in key situations, especially when Dez had one-on-one coverage down there in the second Q I believe it was.. There's no way this team should have lost, let alone score only 16 points. The red zone play calling is just horrendous. And Terrell Davis was right, DeMarco Murray runs straight into his tacklers rather than trying to make some moves it seems. I like him as a receiver out of the backfield, but his running game leaves me frustrated more often than not.
