That TD throw was a poor decision by Romo. While it worked out, it was still a poor decision. ME-O was standing still with a guy standing in front of him split between him and the QB. He was lucky the guy didn't see the ball coming and intercept it or at least bat it away. ME-O wouldn't have attacked it to prevent the INT either. We've saw his effort level in the first half was next to zero. He didn't start putting forth effort until they DB started dogging him.
