Our Oline is fine during the regular season...it's the playoffs where our Big fat guys tend to fold like lawn chairs.

They seemed out of shape, physically drained, and emotional distant....

I don't remember watching a team dominate the run game like Dallas did in the first half against NY, and then become the three stooges in the second half.

You asked for opinions and stats.

You then ignore the opinions and stats given. Good stuff.

No thats not true. I asked for stats however sacks is not the only way to gauge the effectiveness of our pass protection. So to just accept the low number of sacks is just foolish.

We were sacked 25 times last year....good for tenth fewest sacks allowed in the league.

We allowed 37 sacks in 2006 (20th).

We allowed 50 sacks in 2005 (29th).

Notice a trend? I do, and the addition of Houck....
In 2005 Bledsoe played the entire season.

In 2006 Bledsoe played half the season and Romo played half the season.

In 2007 Romo played the entire season.

Do I get a cookie? It really is odd, though, that there's an almost exact correlation with there playing time.

You were given stats AND opinions. It just so happens that the stats support the opinions given...and you still ignored everything that was said. Brilliant.

How about sacks per pass attempt and also taking into account, down, distance, and opponent?

According to Football Outsider's Adjusted Sack Rate, the line was ranked 7th in the NFL in 2007.

that is good, is there a way to tell how much he was pressured hurried and how many times he throw outside the pocket and such.

Sack per pass attempt if its a pass play and he scrambles doesn't that mess up the ration a lil ?

dude..... the fact is our run blocking was the problem not pass protection. get over it. just say you're drunk and they won't blame you for your mistake.

i don't think i made any mistakes. Maybe pass blocking isn't a weakness however it still would be nice to see some of the totals and such.

The NFL defenders are so big and strong....you cannot keep them out all the time.
