Our receivers cannot separate

Sometimes you gamble in free agency and it pays off. Janoris Jenkins has been a beast all year. Completely locked up Dez all game. For the second time this year. This allows NYG to put DRC on Beasley which kept him in check. Outside of Denver, probably the best CB duo in the league.

I was told all off season how the Giants were stupid to sign Jenkins and Vernon in FA

Didn't seem like that last night

Jenkins was their mvp completely shut Dez down and caused turnovers. Without him I think We win that game.

Jenkins has been good all year. Much more consistent than his years with the Rams.

I guess I wasn't the only one that noticed Dez completely disappear from the face of the earth last night. I'm seeing numerous threads of this nature which have completely restored my belief in my fellow fans. One might have thought I was speaking Chinese last night in the chat room. Guess I was actually speaking English.

I wish the staff would approve of a DeSean Jackson type who is a major deep threat. Yes he is a one trick pony but man! That trick is something else! Give Prescott a TY Hilton or DJax burner to go with his size receivers in Dez and Butler.

One of the first intelligent posts I've seen on this post-game melt-down.

No question that Prescott wasn't accurate.

But to suggest it was all him would be wrong.

The wideouts were doing nothing last night.
Thank you sir. It was a sad display of JAGism. Especially from our alleged #1 WR.

Meh...

According to you all of Dak's struggles last night had nothing to do with Dak. LOL.

You spun out more excuses than a teenage boy that got caught cheating on his math test.

Dez didn't play well. Everybody knows that. But hearing you talk, you'd think that Dak is perfect and made no mistakes at all last night, which is hogwash.

My guess is the receivers are getting sufficient separation, and the QB isn't confident enough to make the throw. On a 3 to 5 step drop, a receiver isn't going to be running wide open. The QB still has to fit the ball into a window.

We'll know more when the all 22 is released.
Uhhhhh huhhhh

I can't wait for the all 22 either. Then, and only then I guess, those of us that think Dez performed last night can see just how pitiful he actually was. I blame him more than the other wide outs because, as our #1, he is supposed to come up big in games like last night.

Please get that all 22 put together asap.

Honestly, what I was objecting to was the non-stop spamming you were doing in Chat. It was annoying, to say the least. The ENTIRE offense was a crapfest. To suggest it was all on one person is being disingenious. But see, folks are either all or nothing in these types of debates, which is why I tap out most of the time.

Right. & you're too busy clocking Dak's every move to actually see what else is happening on the rest of the field. Relax. Romo is where he belongs and this team will respond to a timely wake up call.

I tend to get like that when told that I have no idea what I'm talking about. Sorry. Dez sucked monumentally last night. But according to some he was just fine.

It is displays like last night from those we expect much more from that have led to a perpetual streak of 8-8 mediocrity. Dak & Zeke are rookies. I expect them to falter a bit.

Dez has been around long enough to know what he needs to bring in games like that. His play last night is a perfect example of why we've gotten used to mediocrity over the last several years.

Conveniently disappear and no one will care. It is alllllll good.

The only person bringing up Tony Romo is you. You are so worried that Dak is going to get benched that you can't actually see what is really happening that last few weeks.

Here is a suggestion. Take off your Dak fanboy sunglasses and actually try and be objective, instead of outright biased.

How is that any different than you thinking that Dak was just fine last night?

Read my last post about my expectation of a Dak in a game like that vs a Dez.

Dez got his heart taken but whoever was on him and, if I was him, I would be ashamed today.

Yeah, well, if you could refrain in the future, I'd totally appreciate your opinions a bit more.

But to your point, the WRs not being able to separate doesn't mean that Dak wasn't sucking up the joint or that Zeke didn't missed a hole or two. Or that Free didn't miss a block or that T-Will didn't hold. When the entire offense is sputtering, it's never just one thing.

Dez was bad last night.

But don't call people out and act like you weren't in the chatroom giving a million excuses for Dak.

I tend to blame the highly paid outspoken #1 wide receiver more because he has been here before on numerous occasions and felt mediocrity.

Or that the play calling was predictable.
