your name has no spaces so when i see it i cut the first word i see which is skin so the next thing is swin and since that isnt a word but i still say it in my head i prononce it with a hard I which is how i always come up with skin swine...that and the fact that in my vocab skins and win dont come up much lol.

on to football portis will fade by game 8 while barring injury our stable of quailty backs will be on fresh legs game in and game out.

Your diagnosis would be correct,now on to portis..his production dropped in the 2nd half of the season due to our oline being really banged up and some guys totally lost for the year..Let me say this,if my oline stays reasonable healthy portis will gain more yards then all 3 of your backs combine..I say if you have 3 guys doing 1 job you dont have your guy..WE have our guy!!

Two things:

1) we had over 400 rushing attempts last season, so I doubt a few kneel downs will completely skew the date

2) this takes every team's kneel down into effect

Yeah, we had the same situation on the offensive line the entire year, plus Brad Johnson starting a few games and down to our 3rd string RB. I will take that bet on Portis.

But it seems the NFL is evolving yet again. Having three good backs provides huge headaches for DCs.

not to help your case or anything but the reason choice transfered to g tech was because of peterson...which makes you wonder what other great players the nfl has missed out on because of being over shadowed in college,or highschool for that matter. BUT...

i would want jones on the feild, he is a game changer and choice will prolly be starter worthy before too long just cause he isnt "the guy" from day one doesnt mean he cant or wont be.
