Show me where they were compared to the Jets, Atlanta, and Detroit in this thread. I merely stated that the Saints, Steelers, and Cardinals are not a lock to make the playoffs and none of the 3 are considered Superbowl contenders this year. Compare them to the Rams, Bucs, and Bengals are are all considered Superbowl contenders. You are reaching. Tell me which statement is false below:

Bengals are better than Steelers, Cardinals, and Saints
Rams are better than Steelers, Cardinals, and Saints
Bucs are better than Steelers, Cardinals, and Saints
Dallas is better than Philly so it all evens out.

Teams we play that are different:

Dallas: Bengals, Rams, Bucs
Philly: Steelers, Cardinals, Saints
Wash: Browns, 49ers, Falcons
NYG: Ravens, Seahawks, Panthers

Dallas has 3 potential Superbowl contenders on their schedule. Meanwhile, Philly has 3 teams that may not even make the playoffs on their schedule. We could very well sweep the division this year but still struggle to win our division based on these 3 uncommon opponents. I could see a scenario where we go 0-3 against those teams and a team like Philly goes 3-0 against the teams listed.
That's what happens when you finish first in your division, and probably goes a very long way toward explaining why we cannot have two good seasons in a row.

Dallas, in general, doesn't beat good teams, but they feast on the weak.

Sorry if you don't like that comment but it's quite true to anyone who is being honest about things.

Most winning teams, well, all winning teams, feast on weak teams. But only on here does that myth applies.

Threads like this never age well.

How many teams last year figured Cincy was an easy win?

Since when are Steelers, Cards and saints pushovers?
They’re not. That’s why this “easiest schedule” Crap is useless. They only use it to stir up interest/debate, and to create certain perceptions and aid agendas. The NFL is ultra competitive, staffed by hundreds of highly paid, highly motivated professionals. There really isn’t much separating teams, and they can change drastically in one offseason.

Which is why penalties are so important. Subjective penalties many times determine outcomes.

Steelers have no QB. Saints don't really either, Winston kinda sucks. And Cards could be good but Philly apparently gets them before Hopkins is eligible to play.

You could make the case they got the easiest three "different" games.

I'd argue the Eagles have no QB either. I'd say the winner will come down to overall team talent.

I'd also say the Giants have the easiest 3 at a glance. I'd prefer to play the Ravens, Seahawks, and Panthers over Pitt, Saints, and Cards.
