Twitter: Our Starting Running Back come Week 1

Kids, don't do drugs.
Kartels use simple business formats. Keep it simple, stupid...you missed that both borders and Law Schools are affected by politics right now. Your comment, right?

Don't forget and drop a joint when passing through...either direction.

If he doesn’t fumble, he will begin as a 50 yard line and in RB who is subbed out in most short yardage situations, but if he continues to fumble, he will find himself deep in the doghouse. As a 5th round RB, they will not hesitate to look elsewhere if he doesn’t protect the ball.

Blue has to fix his fumbling issues and I don't think he has the body type to take more than 10-15 touches a game.
I'm not worried about the fumbling. Six fumbles in his career isn't good for the number of carries he had of course, but I think they will take care of that. I'm also not worried about the body type because we aren't looking for him to be a bell cow back. Time share and 3rd down back would be great for a 5th rounder. I'm more concerned that he was significantly out touched even last year by his own teammate. I think if he is who the team think he will be that we will still look to add another back next year to play with him. I'm not sure either of the guys we brought in as free agents are expected to be more than a one or max two year solution and I certainly don't assume a 7th rounder is. Heck, I don't assume Blue is.

Javonte Williams or MilesSanders will be the official starting RBs.
Blue and Mafah will be slowly worked into the rotation.
That seems the most likely to me as well. Snaps & carries could be much more evenly split but I expect they name a vet the starter for week 1. My money would be on Williams.

It's definitely possible he could be really good. There are often undrafted guys that become starting RBs.

But counting on him to do so is the problem with the Dallas Cowboys in general and why they aren't a contender. Counting on Guyton to be a starting left tackle. Counting on Mazi to be a starting 3T. There's no evidence any of these players are ready to be starters at their position.

Yes, when you have a great OLine anyone can run for 5 yards a carry. Look at SF last season.

That's the only issue I'm worried about with him. His hands were in the 6th percentile amongst RBs recorded at the combine.

He has a similar hand size to Kenny Pickett, who was a fumbling machine in college.
