Our training room and Staff ranking near the bottom of the league is PITIFUL

There was mention of this issue earlier in the offseason, and players said they need more staff. The surprise for me, is apparently the Cowboys don't have the proper facilities with all that glitz and glamor for tours, yet Jerry won't take care of his players??? Smh.
Came here to say this.

I can understand him cheaping out on staff, but facilities I would expect to be top notch with the tours and him being into glitz and glamor.

How is that whole The Star area doing these days? I visited once, right after covid on a Saturday or Sunday and it wasn't too packed, people were around, but restraints weren't packed and some of the shops weren't even open. Maybe the closed shops were staged to make the area look better.

Look at this: This is how we rank compared to the other teams in the NFL. (32 teams).
  • Training Room................................ C (27th)
    • 75% of Cowboys players feel they have enough full-time trainers, ranking them 30 out of 32 teams.
60% of players feel they have enough full-time physical therapists, a rank of 32 out of 32.
95% of players feel they have enough hot tub space, a rank of 9 out of 32.
88% of players feel they have enough cold tub space, a rank of 13 out of 32.
Players report that the training room is understaffed, particularly an insufficient number of physical therapists. They also feel that the training room lacks certain modalities found in most other NFL training rooms.
  • Training Staff.................................. C (30th)
    • 72% of Cowboys players report that they receive enough one-on-one training treatment, ranking them 29 out of 32 teams.
The players feel that their training staff slightly contributes to their overall success, ranking them 31 of 32.

I guess, player's getting back on the field after suffering an injury isn't very high up on Jerry's list.
It’s the number of staff, not the facilities.

Last time I went on the tour, which was like 3 years ago, to me it all looked dated. I feel like the renovation should have happened years ago by the looks of it.

I'm talking about the star in Frisco, with all the shops and restaurants.

3 years ago is about when I went. When was it completed? It didn't look dated to me, just not too busy on a weekend

What renovation?

It's supposed to have started around 2024 with a 180-295mill (numbers keep varying) renovations/refresh in conjunction with trying to host the 2026 World Cup. Not sure where they are with the renovations but I just recall not being impressed with a lot of the locker room area and other parts of the tour where it just looked dated which makes sense since it was opened in 2009.

Who knows, maybe that's another reason why JJ has been frugal with additions and delaying contracts to focus on paying for these renovations.

We have more injuries on this team than I have ever seen. The whole staff needs to be fired, from trainers to strength and conditioning. I would rather pay extra money for a training staff than pay injured players to do nothing.

just further evidence of the homers claim Jethro wants to win being wrong as usual
he wants to win in the manner of

"Oh, that is nice. Show me the bottom line. What is our profit margin?"

For an organization that wants to present itself as the flagship of the league, this is completely unacceptable. This information should embarrass Mr. Jones. It stinks to high heaven of an owner that cares most about the facade of the Dallas Cowboys.

Freakin’ clown. It’s like buying an expensive car and deciding oil changes are overrated. It’s ok Jerry, as long as the tours are going well, and the stadium is full of pretty twinkly lights, everything is just fine.

Can you clarify if you're talking about Jerry World in Arlington or the Star mixed use development in Frisco?

Publicizing the ratings of last year's training situation might offer something less than an accurate idea of what to think of the conditions this year. Waiting until this year's results are in might be wise, for a better impression. We have a new staff with different procedures in 2025.

Shhh, don't start chastising this front office or you will start getting scolded the way I currently am.

The entire team ranks in the bottom 5. I wouldn't expect nothing less at this point.

Who cares, a lot of these players need to spend more time away from them and on the football field

..>Dallas probably has top state of art equipment to begin with. Shouldnt take to many heads how to use it.
Do they lack the one on one's? How many do you need?
