i wanted to know if selecting easley in the 4th round is a possibility as i fully expect aaron donald to be gone by pick #16. easley supposedly has the make-up to be a good 3 technique.

cbs sports has him rated #61

i find it hard to believe that with two knee injuries, a team would select him at the bottom of round 2.

so, who would take the under at #61?

i am inclined to take the over at #110 which would put him in the first half of the 4th round.

He won't make it to 47 and would be a reach at 16. If Donald and Barr are gone, I'd trade back and get Easley at the end of Round 1. If Donald is gone but Barr is there, I'd take Barr at 16 and try to trade up to also get Easley.

Easley is not making it to the 4th round, ignore whatever mock you saw that in.

Right now Easley is projected to be a late 1st, early 2nd round pick. That would be picks 25-38 or close to that range. So 16 is too rich for him and 47 is probably too later for him. So he would probably be our pick in a trade down scenario.

Cant say I am overly confident in a guy that has already had an ACL in each knee before playing a down in the NFL.........................not a fan of this pick.

I like this and then snag Aaron Murray in the 3rd or 4th and I would call that a homerun

Not a fan of this at all honestly. I've about had it up to here with players with injury history. It has not worked out too well for us lately.

I wish he would be there in the 4th where I would be more willing to take a chance.. I would pass at 47 with the injury issues

could you point me to a mock where he is picked either in the 1st or 2nd round?

bucky brooks, nfl.com, does not have him in his 4 round mock.

I don't think he's worth the pick until the 25 -30 range and doubt he lasts past the end of the 2nd. The medical ok and the game tape is worth a 1st round grade to me. Love the kid; he popped out when watching game tape of Shariff Floyd last year. The problem I have is the lack of passion for the game. That is to say, he's not a fan of football; he loves playing it, but he has professed to not ever finishing a game on television. Would rather watch cartoons. How is that going to translate in the film room? My dream is to trade a small fortune for Khalil Mack, but taking Easley at even 16 wouldn't hurt me too much. Good 3T and I'm kind of a glass half full type of guy.

I could see him at the end of the first but in no way he gets past us at 47

I have him rated as the 36th best player in my rankings...so I would be surprised to see him in the 4th. Dallas would be idiotic to not take him with their 3rd pick if he as there and potentially their 2nd pick @ #47 depending on who they took with their first rounder

Injured players are even harder to predict than other draft picks.

He would have been right with Donald, maybe higher if he had never been injured.

Tank Carradine was ranked as a mid 1st last year and only feel to the 2nd due to the injury. He was on IR all season. Easley would probably ranked ahead of Carradine if neither had ever been injured; however, Easley has had 2 ACL injures compared to only 1 injury for Carradine.

Anybody that tell you they know within +/- 10 picks of where he will be drafted are yanking your chain.
