Over on both. Nothing they can do to Parsons as a pass rusher on Diggs it depends on if the QB keep throwing his direction. If Diggs keep getting ints QB will be less likely to challenge him which would lower his ints

They aren't going to throw Diggs' way as much this year, still he should get at least 6 ints. Similarly, Parsons will be game planned for, but 11 sacks or so sounds about right.

INTs are tricky. Diggs can actually have a better season in 2022 yet still only have 4 INTs. But the over on 11.5 sacks for Parsons seems like a good bet, assuming he does not miss more than 2-3 games.

Just for the fun of it, I say Parson end up with 14.5 sacks and 3 ints on the season and add 3 FF

Parsons is a part time edge rusher. He is a MLB. The best elite pass rushers do not get 14+ sacks every year so it would not be realistic to expect it.

As for Diggs, yes 3+ INTs would be a really good season. How many DBs get 4+ INTs? Not many. So again expecting it is not realistic.

IMO a more realistic over under for Parsons is 10 and Diggs 3.
He wasn't always rushing from the edge, often it was from the middle, but after the first 4-5 games he was rushing on a high percentage of passing downs. A blitz from a LB position is still rushing the QB.

As for your comment about 14 sacks, that wasn't the over & under. It was 11.5. And you said 8 would be a good year. Sure 14 isn't realistic every year even for any elite pass rusher - but 11.5 certainly isn't unreasonable, and the 8 you suggested would be a big disappointment for an elite pass rusher.

And again, as I said, my question of your comment was based on your saying it definitely wouldn't happen. 11.5+ for a guy that got 13 as a rookie that wasn't even used in a consistent way at the start of the season is certainly not beyond reason.

As for Diggs, again, my questioning was based on the definitive nature of your response, as if the 4.5 INT O/U was out of the realm of reason. As I said before, sure 3 is a respectable number, but to suggest less than 4.5+ s definite for a guy that is coming off a season with 11 doesn't seem to make sense.

I agree, I would expect double digit sacks in the youth of his career.

I know he is not part of the discussion but I think we see DLaw in double digit sacks this season.

If that happened it would be huge. Many of us think he is capable of that, but he hasn't done it since 2018.

I saw the same with Robert Quinn, after putting up very good season, he had injuries and a drop off in play. This past season Quinn produced 18.5 sacks. Now I don't believe DLaw can achieve that but when you start looking at TFL DLaw is still producing and that getting a lot of pressures. I think with him regaining health and the fact Parsons bringing the heat that we will see DLaw hitting double digits in sacks

I will take the under on Parsons and the over on Diggs.

Teams are going to give Parsons a lot of attention this season. I do not see him getting to many easy shots at the QB. I will give Parsons around 8 sacks.

Diggs will get his INTs because QBs will throw his way, he has great hands, and he is aggressive. I can see him getting more than 5 INTs this year.

LOL No Way. It's not a contract year.

and? I don't think contract year has anything to do with it. He just signed a 3 year deal this off season than helped give the Cowboys some cap relief I think the man has been dealing with injuries. Last season broke a bone in his foot and was out for 8 weeks. The same thing went on with Quinn who was highly productive then as injury mounted saw a major drop on in play. The only reason I think we could see the same from DLaw is because of the high numbers of pressure and the tackle for losses are still there which shows he is making plays in the back field, he is still putting pressure on the QB
