Apparently the guy wasn't so bad off he thought it was necessary to record his encounter with the police, knowing full well he was breaking the law. If you want to be technical, we're all 'dying' to some extent, its just that some of us are going to die sooner than the rest. Knowing that we're all going to die, I guess that makes it ok to break the law. Let us die in peace, right? Robert Kraft is more than likely going to die years before I do, so he shouldn't be prosecuted for breaking the law by soliciting prostitution. Let the guy have a little fun before he kicks the bucket, right?
The cop wasn't being ridiculous, he was just doing his job.
