Minority... kinda clears it up. Less people of a given race, means lower percentages of job acquired by said race.
The fact that a higher percentage of players are not white, very well can mean more of them play football than actually try to coach it, or try to be a GM.
The crap really makes no sense. We just live in a world where people look for things to turn into an issue, or look for things to be offended by.
