I personally dont get the reason why, PacMan has made this such a big deal. He is cut, then decides to sue ESPN after the fact and then goes on to do an exclusive interview where he doesnt reveal much to begin with, or even try to defend himself. It sounds like he is playing his name to get himself a contract with someone.
Then on ESPN's side, they give their side of the story which inclues a whole lotta BS IMO. They use a whole bunch of hearsay and hidden identity individuals as well as their own "investigation" to rule that PacMan was guilty of something. Which I think was unnecessary for their story other than a shock factor. If the police couldn't find a link to prosecute the guilty parties involved that include PacMan, what makes them think that their investigation proves that PacMan was involved.
