how is the packers defense? IDK if tony romo can last another game getting blasted around like he did vs the lions lls. How are they vs the run and pass?

Green Bay is a soft team. They are good, but soft. I look forward to the matchup.

Just pay attention to this site. Not so much lately, but I have seen some utterly stupid/ignorant comments from "fans" on this site regarding Romo's abilities. Just a few weeks ago, one fan stated that Romo needed to go because he couldn't read defenses. I mean crap like that gives Cowboys fans, in general, a bad name.

At work i was watching the first skins game and a "boys fan" celebrated Romo getting hurt. Said it was what the team needed. I was like "WHAT??" Completely flabbergasted.

I don't know if I would call them soft but they seem like a team that when things aren't going their way they don't respond/react well. I look at some of their losses this year and when things aren't all perfect and pretty they get frustrated. I know those games were on the road but if we can put them in a position where Nelson isn't making plays and we're stopping them on 3rd down and they are punting a lot they tend to fold.

I honestly feel like the only thing that can beat us in the Green Bay game is the weather. Take nothing away from Rogers, he's a great, great player, but they can't stop our run, they can't cover Dez and I don't believe they can get to Romo.

Cowboy up! That's what I see also. Dallas run game is too tuff for them to stop and we are actually good against the run. I don't know if the stats say so, but it just seems like Dallas can stop the run pretty well. Dallas wins.

One big key is sure tackling, not letting Nelson and Cobb go for YAC.

This is a good assessment. I watched a lot of their games this year anticipating this matchup. Cowboys need to come out firing. They will have the battle of their lives. They will need to crush their will.

It's because of us on how much Romo is hated???since when?

Well, this site alone has a dozen o the worst Romo-haters I've ever come across.
Usually when a team's own fan base is down on someone, it magnifies and makes it more real to those non-fans who don't normally watch that player as much.

Because 90% of the cowboys fans i know all parrot the romo choker label. I have i do not know how many people on facebook that are cowboys fan, and do everything they can to diss romo every week.

You have that problem too, eh? :(

nevermind greenbay is 23rd vs the run and pass. Now back to worrying about stopping that offense.

I think we were a little surprised by Detroit's blitzing and their speed up front. We adjusted well and Detroit slowed down on their pass rush.

I would like to see us try and get Clay Matthews in some pass coverage situations.

I agree but GB blitzing is not going to come as a surprise and Dallas should be ready for it. Skins blitz 1st outing got to us, 2nd time Dallas was ready for it and burned it. I expect Dallas to handle the GB blitz

Yes, just yesterday I was told on FB that Romo cant scramble and has to have a wide open receiver to throw too. That he basically sucks and that its the team around him that's good now not him.
