Packers vs. Cards Thread

That is true, but this is about as creative as I have seen Capers this year.

He's calling an aggressive game which is a lot different from how it was last time they played.

And the Packers are being more aggressive in their coverages.

I'm not sure why the Cards continue to play off and let the Packers complete these short routes. Given the inexperience of the Packers WR's, I'm not sure why they aren't using more press coverage to disrupt off the line.

They didn't have Shields last game -- I believe he has been out since the Cowboys game with a concussion.

With Shields that have 4 pretty good CBs with Shields, Casey Heyword, and their #1 and #2nd round rookie CBs who's names escape me.

Shields makes a difference.

Besides Carolina and KC, the final 4 teams in each conference are predictable. For all the parity people talk about, it seems like the same teams are always good and the same teams are always bad.

NFL parity is a myth.

Agreed!

Packers are missing the WR1 (Nelson), WR2 (Cobb), WR3 (Adams), WR4 (Montgomery), and TE2 (Quarless) from their projected opening day roster.

Cardinals just to press these practice squad WRs the Packers are trotting out onto the field and this should be over.

Maybe we should text bruce and tell him

Shotgun 3 wides, shotgun 4 wides, shotgun 5 wides, all the physicality is being removed from the game.

I don't want to watch teams play advanced 7 on 7 drills.
