Was he really that big of a distraction? Our secondary would've been picked apart today if Tampa had a better QB out there.

Anyone who remembers last year should NOT be content with these shady wins over mediocre opponents. The D needs to step it up bigtime. Giants are looking good today and I don't want to get in a shootout now that their D line is revamped. Who else can we sign? Hamlin looked like absolute garbage today.

Whats up with our D anyway?! I thought that it would be the one stable aspect of this team...particularly with the success Wade had last year after taking over. We are gonna have mucho issues against quality teams if Wade keeps a jolly attitude about wins like some of the homers on this board do.

Who do you want the boys to draft with the #1 overall pick next season? I'm thinking corner.
 
You don't think that maybe, just maybe, the lack of a pass rush today (Which I dont believe will be a problem every single week all year) had anything to do with them giving up a lot of completions?

Oh you guys didn't get the memo?

You're supposed to peak week 1 in the season.

We were supposed to be perfect in every aspect today.
 
At the very least, I wanna see a legit FS.

They were driving on us way too easily. They're not THAT good.
 
Pacman is better than Ball and probably better than Jenkins from what I've seen so far. Hopefully, Jenkins will continue to get better.

Yeah, I may just be transferring my completely jaded attitude about Al Groh and UVA football to Sunday football. Good point.
 
The defense gave up almost 450 yards today. Something like 26 1st downs. Don't think they got a sack and tackled like complete **** and people are immediately shooting this guys thread down.

Unbelievable.

Anyone who doesn't think the D needs to play better is out of their mind.

It was a good win but to instantly dismiss this thread as someone overreacting is ridiculous.

The D sucked today. Big Time.

Dude I am definitely not saying that. The D was consistently bad today to the point where we'd be lit up by a good team. That's all I am saying. It doesn't have to be Pacman...but I don't see FS improving so I wanna know what we're gonna do against these slot receivers and #2 options. Jenkins doesn't seem ready to me.

If anything can be improved, it's the D. I just want to see it done.

Yeah im here in Hampton VA kinda happy they dnt show the games on TV yet :)
