Pacman's house Foreclosed on

it does look like someone robbed it already in many photos.

Could be that there was nothing else of value in the house.

He probably had his posse steal it so he could turn it into insurance for some cash.

I said the same thing, but about the frig, lol.

Who steals that kind of stuff?

:bang2:

Depends on how much beer was in the fridge. I can see it...

More likely those were the only things Pac still owned in the house and he went in and got them before the house was foreclosed on ...and the rest of the stuff in these pics were just staged by the agents...

If your house is foreclosed on the things inside are still yours. In Louisiana the bank has to give you 30 days after foreclosing to get your stuff out.

I have talked to several home builders who tell me that thieves will sometimes steal AC units in brand new homes. New subdivisions are often sparsely populated, so you could have a brand new home sitting empty with very little around it. There may not be anything in the house yet that can be stolen, but he AC unit is available.

That's something I didn't know.

Basically what I was saying is that he'd already moved out...and the furniture in those pics were staged by realtors to get the house sold. The only thing he might've still had personal in there was the pool table and fridge.

He should still have a statutory right of redemption, meaning he can pay off the balance of the mortgage and avoid foreclosure altogether.

Who knows, maybe he and his agent/attorney were aware of that and because of his financial circumstances he still had to face foreclosure.

The home was recently burglarized, and the TV station reports that real estate agents said a refrigerator and a pool table were taken.

It's clear whoever took these items knew they were there. In otherwords, Pacman knows those that took them. The question is did he know they took them.

yea, but if someone "steals" his stuff, he gets insurance $ back and those are not cheap things he bought. at the time dropping $10k on a fridge may have seemed stupid, now it can pay for 3-4 months of living carefully in valley ranch while he works to get his payday back.

then again, if he did do that, he's not grown up much and is likely to get busted. wouldn't that be a ultimate nut-kick? get busted for stealing your own stuff for insurance fraud just to get back into the game and money?

Man...if this guy has not hit rock bottom yet I hate to see how far he will fall. If he has not learned his lesson now...he never will. I hope he makes the best of this opportunity, if he gets it.

Self-inflicted misery...................Lay in your bed, boy.

yea, when he was partying it up he thought the world would always be that way. in some ways, losing his house like this could be the best thing for him. nothing teaches you humilty like life can.

if he screws up his final opportunity the boy is just ignorance in motion. but i do think seeing "the other side" of the income table like this makes him realize how quickly being the "playa" can take it all away.

hopefully he's learned. if not, he'll be selling 3rd world crack cocaine on the streets in no time and playing hard to get at the prison dances soon after.

his choice.

I dont know about crack, But he could go back to wrestling.

Him and vince mcmahon can cook up something great for 150 bucks a pop on ppv.

In fact Does anyone have mcmahon's number handy? Maybe he can go straight to the squared circle and battle the one man gang, macho man or ravishing rick rude.

Well, Slushy, you have turned into Mr. Hard---, haven't you?

You and me we've made millions and then lost millions. We've thrown cash around Vegas and partied with strippers. While we were doing that, we were not exactly thinking rationally. So, too, was Pacman not.

He should get a clean slate with jerra and the Cowboys and with fans as well.

Well, anyway, this is no time to preach. Let the man (not boy) be. A little more charity for the man because there for the Grace of God we might not be too different in his circumstances.

(Hey, Slushy, I never really did throw cash from a bag but it sounds classy. Except I would wear a top hat while doing for extra classiness.)
