Painful watching Aikman and JJ in the box together

I think that JJ was generally embarrassed by the way we were playing with his former golden boy by his side. To think we have done so little since he left. I am sure JJ would have loved to be talking about how big this game was for us and how great we looked. It just wasn't meant to be. I barely saw Aikman say a thing.

Anytime we honor a former great our current team plays like doo doo. Come to think of it, they play like doo doo 50% of the time, so I don't guess that's a coincidence.

The look on Aikman's face when Bledsoe got sacked for a saftey was something else.

It looked like he was thinking " Wow that line sucks!"

New Man law.

No more ceremonies for HOFers or Ring of Honor inductions during a big game.

Last time it was the ROH and the skins beat us, this time HOF honors and the Giants beat us.

So New Man Law.

Do these things during PRE-SEASON.

How could you tell? I don't think his face changed one bit from the beginning of that play to the end. I thought I was looking at his Canton statue sitting next to JJ.

What upsets me is that they interviewed both Rayfield Wright and Troy Aikman right before the half.

Rayfield was vey supportive of the Cowboys and you can tell he's steadfastly loyal to this team.

Troy has to be the neutral analyst and oh how horrible if he shows any support or compliments for his team.

Granted we weren't doing well, but geeze Troy show some damn support. His expressionless looks in the box with Jerry confirmed this for me.

Troy was enjoying himself and getting insight for his next broadcast!

The feeling I got was

Jerry: "Yap yap yap yap yap yap yap uhh err the uhh err yap yap yap yap"

Troy: "Can you shut up for a minute so I can watch the damn game?"

in the box with jerry?it was horrid.wow.i did have a laugh on that one.poor jerruh he just wants to win.man.

I was thinking the same thing, but we do all know Aikman is a Cowboy at heart.

Right when they went to that shot, Bledsoe was sacked in the endzone by Arrington. I suspect he was doing his absolute best not to grimace. He has to be objective now, you know :)

Exactly. He showed no emotion at all. Maybe that's best.

I was reading lips and think Jerry was asking Troy if he want to take over as QB once again. Troy of course said behind that line? I don't think so Jerry. :laugh2:
