That being said, the Boys dug in, dug down, and dug out of a nasty hole to win this tough division tilt in overtime, no less! Dak was looking really wobbly for the majority of the game. Who knows why? Division game? Eagles rep? Having Wentz on the other side and wanting to prove that he is a better player than Wentz? Dez being back and wanting to get him in the game more? Whatever the case, the man put it all aside and came through in the clutch. Very good game and well, damn, I don't think we will go undefeated for the rest of the year but I'm hard pressed to pick a team that I think straight up beats us. Maybe Minnesota? Anyway, happy as a clam and looking forward to the rest of this year.

This is exactly why I am optimistic about this team. Dak played poorly to be honest compared to Wentz who played well. What does it mean if Dak actually played well? Blow out!

Why do you trade everything you did to get the QB with probably the best arm in the draft only to have him run a high school offense where you don't make a throw more than 10 yds downfield?

They are okay. Their front 7 is good but honestly their secondary isn't that good. And their offense is very very mediocre

I really wasn't impressed with the Eagles. We played awful for long stretches in this game. If we played just mediocre we probably win this game by 7-10 points in regulation. I've watched quite a few Philly games this year and the only time they impressed me was against the Steelers. Are they the second best team in the division? Sure. But should we be scared of them? Probably not.

I checked in on the giants board tonight lot of them are really worried the Eagles are gonna smash them next week because they will be bitter from the loss to us! LOL not a lot of confidence in NY right now

Wentz was good...like a solid backup qb should be.

Truthfully, he had chances to win this game, multiple chances. He couldn't get it done.
