Two games is enough to get ready, the rest are just to evaluate fringe players and make a few extra bucks.

At least they sized the preseason down to 4 games. Sucks when you play in the HOF game and now have to play 5. Which is over a quarter of a regular season.

Preseason needs to be 3 games. No team even plays their starters ever in game 4 so there's no point. Yeah you can that game is to see who makes the final roster cut but they can figure that out by game 3.

That includes everybody complaining about the vanilla Cowboy offense and it looks like our defense is worst in the league.

Sadly this is what a lot of the pre-season is about. Owners get to pocket the revenue from the two pre-season home games and not share with fellow owners. Usually season ticket holders are forced to buy tickets for these games. Basically extortion.
