I dont think Roy needs to be gone...nor James...

Give us a new DC with a better plan and scheme...and aggressive nature...and have Carpenter be our QB on defense and I bet we become a much better defensive team.

i agree with u on that, not about thesearch process. but wanting him to finish what he started. because basically if dallas lets him walk now, that would be 4 yrs down the drain and another 2 trying to fix his problems
