As I said in another thread on this subject, these things happen to other players that the same thing is said about.

T.J. Watt has has 6 solo tackles, 2 assists, 1.0 sack and 1 fumble recovery in 3 games in the playoffs in his career. Micah has 8 solo tackles, 10 assists and 1.0 sack in 4 games in the playoffs in his career. You look like you play your best when nothing's on the line until you don't and that narrative goes away.

I understand the criticism, but the NFL is a tough game. Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose, no matter how good you are. I remember plenty of games, for instance, when Tyron Smith shut down some of the top pass rushers in the league. It happens.

This is the problem with having a few Superstars. Good teams neutralize them with their game plan. Then we are trying to win playoff games with what???

That's true, but it's up to the front office to pair their superstars with complementary pieces. That's what the teams that have made and won Super Bowls do, but it's not what our front office does. Oh, it tries as far as drafting and grabbing cheap players it hopes will break out, but as long as it ignores FA otherwise, we're doomed to find a few superstars and waste their careers.

I've shaken my head for years over fans' comments demeaning DeMarcus Ware because "he didn't get sacks when it counted." I guess I shouldn't be surprised if that's the same narrative that's going to be used against Parsons.

Good GM's build complimentary teams and don't expect Super Stars to win games by themselves.

Micah is chasing sacks every play because he believes/knows GM Jethro will make him the highest paid none QB because of it.

Hopefully Zimmer can get him back to being a complete player or expose him for being a me guy.

I don't give a darn about what other players on other teams do, nor using them as excuses for our own players' failures. Watt's problems are for the Steelers fans to worry about.

"Hey, this guy is under performing too," is not an excuse for Micah to disappear in the playoffs.

Context matters. That's what he was providing. It also doesn't matter what you think or feel, he's gonna get paid regardless.

They need to move the playoffs to the start of season , because Parsson and the hot boys are "tired" by the end of season , LOL
