After listening to this interview.

Micah clearly believes this is his team and he knows he is the star on it. Even above the QB.

Although he does respect Daks work ethic and leadership traits.

I don't even know how to respond to something so off base.

Why you feel that someone is "hurt" because they point out the irony of your post is confusing, like many of your bizarre comments. If you have trouble understanding the speech of a man who was raised in presumably a very different culture than your own, that's fine. But to imply that he doesn't know how to speak English, simply because he chooses not to speak the Queen's English is inappropriate and condescending.
