I know you're all mad at the loss and trying to point fingers, but Parsons has one of the highest pressure rates in the entire nfl and is double teamed the most.

These types of threads are just silly and show why fans should jusy stick to being fans... Be greatful we have Parsons, every other team in the NFL would. Even when you don't see him make a game changing play on the stat sheet, he's impacting the game in many other ways.

He's an exceptional talent but this is the 3rd straight year that he's regressed down the stretch.

Hope he got to swap jerseys with who he wanted and makes his podcast on time.

Micah has become a very unlikable player.
it bothers me so much. I thought he was Ray Lewis generational when he came out.

I can't help but think this soft team wore him down

You guys ever wonder how every dominant defensive player in the history of the NFL has had a group of bad dudes next to him? The Doomsday Defense, Orange Crush, the Steel Curtain or something, The Hogs, oh and that 70's D here in Big D, etc...even the hollier than though LT was a member of a group of thugs. Who exactly can we add to Micah's arsenal aside D Law? Micah certainly takes some blame, but the organization as a whole has to figure out how best to use him, and build around him. We don't need a Steel Curtain here, we need guys not named D Law and Micah to plug a number of holes on this D and the powers at be don't seem to know how to do so because we aren't even just 1 player away

LT's running mates were Leonard Marshall, Carl Banks, Jim Burt, Harry Carsons, and other very good players. George Martin was the 3-4 DE and had 96 career sacks and was a topnotch player. He'd be the best player on our DLine.

He’s one dimensional on a good day. He isn’t a game changer, pouts when times are tough, falls considerably in the back half of the season. In no way should he ever be compared to the all time greats
Do you ever watch the guy? He's literally tackled on about half his pass rushes. He's going to have to learn how to break tackles again like he did in high school or he's never going to accomplish anything. The refs are mad at him for calling them out for their incompetence and they aint callin holding against him unless someone puts a gun to their heads.

No he’s not. If teams were assessed all the holds they commit against him they’d stop holding and he’d have a lot more sacks. The league has apparently told the refs not to call them as they want high scoring games.

Parsons' problem is now - and always has been - that he runs his mouth too much. Just like the guy who owns his team. (Except that Jerry doesn't quit.) The League doesn't like criticism, and actively punishes the purveyors of such on the field. Micah will never get a holding call from his corporate masters as long as he continues to exhibit such "oppositional" behavior.
Maybe so but it’s been a year without a call and he’s held 5-6 times per game with no call. At some point you speak up

Lol. They don't have a Jimmy on the team to assess talent. That would be both foolish and wasteful.
I could just see it now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Trade him for 6 draft picks and use them all on injured LB's, TE's, and CB's. Oh, and WR's. And then still lose due to poor trenches.

This is ridiculous. There are things about Parsons I wish he didn’t do like podcasts and social media posting about the refs, but that’s a generational difference with me being a 36 year old man now.

But let’s not pretend like he’s not an exceptional defensive player. Stuff like this is why Dallas fans have such a bad reputation.

He’s far from one dimensional. He’s the best player on the field and being held a lot.

He was a dominant player. But teams are double and triple teaming him now. And I won’t mention the blatant holding calls. That has to get old. Knowing that you’re going to get held most plays. If they flagged them for half of them then it would change. But if your a oline player and can get away with it or play straight up and get beat then what would you do..

Playing Parsons at DE is akin to playing Randy White at LB when he first got drafted. Not exactly the same, no, but similar.
