The Longhorns was RB by committee . Even Robinson and Brooks had to split carries. Blue isn't going to be the best RB by far but he will be better than anyone the Cowboys currently have.

Hardly anyone has him that low. He's going no later than the 4th round. He's not a bell cow but he's not a gimmick back either.He was used like a traditional RB.

Had a shoulder injury in 2024. Prior to that, he was an excellent tackler. Very likely playing through an injury last year if you watch the tackles he missed.

Get this. He can also rush the passer relatively well.

He'd be an upgrade over Louis. We'd have one of the best secondaries in the league with Hairston.

Go watch him against Texas. If those guys are top receivers then Hairston is definitely a top CB....

My comp? A taller Darrel Green with some Deion to his game. He played CB for two years, which shows his football IQ is off the charts. Before that, he was a STer.

Yes the run stopping monster nose tackle is very much a need in Dallas , it shouldn't be a problem drafting one .Kenneth Grant in the first with a trade down or Jamaree Caldwell later would get the job done I believe .What do you think.Who do you like at one technique in this draft.

Lewis was picked in the 3rd. Where Hairston was rated to go before he became overhyped because he ran fast…Both are relegated to playing slot because of their size in today’s NFL. You don’t drop top 25 picks on slot corners!

I think he can play outside too. JMO. I still think Hairston is CB1.
