Good work Sir......Yes it was a good day. Felix just may be a keeper.:)

I saw the long run J Jones had. It was during catch up Seattle was playing so nobody was playing the run. Jones was untouched for first 15 yards and looked SLOW. Should have been a TD if Jones is as fast/good as he thinks he is. He covered up the ball and went down. His instincts seem gone from rookie year. Not sure what happened to the player, but he's just not same after his first year. Maybe that first serious ankle injury season 2 took it all away?

J Jones still shows flashes, but he just isn't consistent and he makes his yards not during the crunch but when he's not keyed on or when it's not important. When you need him to break a tackle or get a first down, or pound consistent 4-5 yard gains, he just hasn't had it for a few years. Look how it hurts drives. That is what hurt Dallas last couple years particularly. He's a drive killer when used as an offensive focus.

should keep our off. line alot healthier all year........ and they dont have to watch out of the corner of their eyes for a hit in the back.........be a 1/2 step faster

Good thread, bro.

Make this a weekly deal.

So if you look at the average yards per play you get --

Felix 7.75 yards
Julius 3.46 yards

So Felix is twice as good. And he does not whine and run like a little girl.

I do feel for J Jones.

He had a great rookie year, had a great attitude and work ethic, came across as a genuinely nice guy in interviews.

Whatever happened with his injuries and coaching from Parcells took something away and his struggles to get back to his best brought out some frustration in him that came across as arrogance.

Not sorry he is gone, still disapointed he never panned out as he looked like he was going to though.

Felix Jones looks really good, although he'll have to work on leverage and balance in terms of blocking...

He probably ran out of gas.

I'm looking at it, apparently Jones got like no carries until the 4th.

And it wasn't even that close. Julius had two runs over 15 yards when Buffalo was in a prevent in the last few minutes.

and Felix Jones was tripped up (just barely) by a tackler a couple of times, keeping him from taking two of his runs all the way to the house.

Felix averages more than 7 yards a carry just like in college.:D

At this point we're just :horse:

Felix >> Julius and it really only took one game to prove it.

I wouldnt just look at the stat sheet and make comments about julius today. he wasnt good, but more importantly the seahawks offense was overwhelmed today.

The bills manhandled them.

Seattles number 1 wr today was burleson and he hurt his knee in the game. They had nothing today.

Buffalo is very underrated.

I think Felix will be better eventually but until then he is a couple of 190 yard games short. Let's not poo poo on Julius' tenure here just because he left on bad terms. He played well his first two years.

With that said, Felix is a beast!

Did anyone see his final total. Lat time I checked it was 7 att. for 1 yard.

The coaching staffs(both Parcells AND Wade) got ALOT of flack for (supposedly)not utilizing him correctly. Most thought he should have been the featured, full time back. But b/c Barber would end up finishing off games, everyone thought they put a dent on his rhythm and confidence.

So what's his excuse now?
