I don't think there is much to lose to try Cassell. Although, I do think it is funny that some people think all our problems will be fixed if Weeden is replaced. Cassell may be better, but Cassell has been pretty bad the last few years. Plus, Weeden has been throwing to a lot of guys for almost a year and half. Cassell has been throwing to them for a few weeks. QB is very difficult to join a new team and hum like you have been here for a while.

Our running backs are replacement level and outside of Terrance Williams so are our Wide Receivers. This team needs a jolt and from what I have seen from Cassel's personality, he may not be the best fit. He could certainly be better though. Although if he isn't, this thing blows up fast with no where to turn.

This season has been a mess and it doesn't feel like it is going to get any better.

That was Garrett playing reverse psychology. Let Bellicheat think they are changing things up but will come out and surprise them with the same gameplan. That sneaky Jason.............................about as creative as he gets :(

I heard Ed Werder talking before the game and he said McFadden would handle the Dunbar role and Randle's role was not changed. I was mad because I thought something must be up because of the closed practices. Game starts and we run the exact same offense with the exact same guys.

It isn't even about Cassel or Michaael being better.

It is seeing that what we are doing isn't working and has no chance of working. Change has to happen, not if but when.

Refusing to change is what is so frustrating. We needed to win one of those 3 games.

I would think there is some thought that no one (except Romo) could get it done without Dez out there.

And JG must feel Weeden gives us that best chance. The ONE time I want Jerry to step in.

It's a difficult choice to make, I'm sure Garrett is having a tough time with it. Replacing a backup with a backup has rarely if ever worked in the NFL. It we had a backup with some juice, someone that's going to move around and do something and give you a jolt, good or bad, it would be a no-brainer. Instead we have Matt Cassel.

Kitna was the best we had.

Who just can't be any worse than Bad Luck Weeden.

Garrett said they're evaluating the position, that's what I'm going with

If he's not to high bring him in for a look see.

his choice of medicine helps with pocket awareness. his reaction time might be slower but he might be able to be aware of different angles in capitalizing on holes in the defensive strategy. 4th dimension stuff. the game is played on a x,y,z axis but to be able to be aware of a 4th at the same time just might work.

worth a shot. cant be worse than weeden. weeden's awareness of the x and y axis is extremely limited.

I'm not sure of what you just said but I agree, I think.
