Kaczur - a 28-year-old, 315-pound offensive tackle - wore a hidden recording device during three different drug transactions in May at gas stations in Foxborough and North Attleborough and a supermarket parking lot in Sharon, according to the lawyer, the two people, and federal court documents.
If the DEA doesn't want their evidence tampered with, they will keep Goodell as far away from the recorded transcripts as humanly possible.

That whole dynasty thing is done.

I hope they come out this season flop around for 16 games and don't even make the playoffs.

And if that were the case, i could understand him cooperating. But the article said he was facing misdemeanor charges. Did he really need to cooperate to avoid doing time?

I dont know about you but I'm glad there is one less drug dealer off the street.

Well, if he wasn't a drug dealer in the first place, he couldn't have been thrown under the bus.

Let that be a lesson. Do something stupid, someone who knows may force you to pay for your actions. I don't find anything wrong with what he did. The man was selling him drugs that could ruin his career and his entire life. He wasn't doing him any favors, this guy owes him none in return.

Yeah because the dealer was forcing this guy to seek out and buy the drugs and then use them.

This guy was buying the drugs on his own. He got busted because of his own stupidity.

I don't know about you but my ethic is don't make others pay for my mistakes.

Ethics? The man was selling drugs. The guy is heading to jail because he has no ethics. I don't know about your ethics, but the judicial systems finds selling drugs not only unethical, but against the law.

You believe it's *ethical* to protect a drug dealer? You are right about one thing, he did purchase them. Does that make the dealer any less wrong? I don't think so. One mans dumb decision doesn't make another man's ethical. I believe it was the ETHICAL thing to do. No telling how many other people are buying drugs from this guy and if any will destroy their lives or just flatout OD from those drugs.

You seem to miss the point of what ethics are.

Wade Wilson must be thinking, "Where is Roger Goodell on this one?"

Wilson probably recognizes that Goodell is going to act eventually.

what did wade get caught with and how did he get caught again? i know it was for a personel problem and he was suspended for 5 games.

HGH and it was for his diabetes Is what Wade said, and this is what Goodell said in response:

"First of all, I'm not going to get into the personal situations of why Wade was taking it, but that's not an accurate point.Second of all, Wade Wilson was involved in a criminal activity. It was against the law. There's a very clear policy for our clubs and our players that if you violate that, it's a four-game suspension. I suspended him for five games because I think a coach should be held to a higher standard. That is why I approached it that way. They all understand the rules, and I think we did what was appropriate in Wade Wilson's case, and I'm comfortable with that."

So it sounds like to me, he better suspend this guy for four games. If it's a clear policy that if you do something illegal you're going to get a four game suspension, then he can't give this guy a pass just because he snitched AFTER getting caught.

if i recall buying drugs is a criminal activity. Edit i just saw the same thing you did. yup should be a 4 gamer for the snitch.

I consider it unfair treatment. The players aren't five year old children. They're adults just like the coaching staff. I guess he just thinks that very clear policy isn't quite as clear to the players.

I don't mind that Wade got suspended... he broke that law, and he got punished.... fine.

What gets me is that Goodell basically comes out and says "I suspended him an extra game, just because I felt like it." If the policy says "4 game suspension" you can't tack on an extra game on a whim.

But remember: "Coaches are held to a higher standard"...

Unless their name is Bill Belichick.

Yeah, I didn't make my original comments clear enough, lolZ.

Unless Goodell wants to look like even more of a hypocrite, then he has to suspend this guy for 4 games. Which I'm sure Goodell doesn't care what his image is.

it was for HGH -- a substance that is banned by the steroid policy.

Wade also wasn't straight about why he took it -- he said it was for his diabetes but it was for his impotence. Of course, Wade can say whatever he wants about why he took it -- that isn't relevant since he's not a doctor and did not have a prescription.

i wouldn't be shocked if nothing happens to him. Goodell loves him some patriots.

Exactly my point. It says four games, he should get four games. Why do the players only get four games if he gets five? As noted, they aren't five years old and do not know any better.

but the coaches should "know better" thats exactly why Bill Bellicheat was suspen....oh yah...nevermind...
