Sadly all of our records are being removed one by one by these Pats and Steelers. The 20 straight winning seasons is probably our last but it too will fall. Meanwhile back at the Ranch, Jerry Jones is an IDIOT!

So they get 6 wins almost automatically each season. They still have to play good in the other 10, and most of the time they do. You can't say their dominance is only because of a weak division, they're dominating the entire NFL.

Exactly.

It’s a fallacy. Regardless of their division (didn’t they lose to the Dolphins twice this year?), they have to play the best teams in the postseason.

The argument only holds a bit of water if you’re just comparing the best W/L records or winning percentage.

An area of the country that produces almost no football talent, an irrelevant franchise for nearly 40years with a 6th rd QB and unproven head coach to arguably the greatest franchise in the NFL in 17 years.....Pats fans don’t deserve this, most are bandwaggoners in a part of the country where football didnt even matter before 2001......Screw you New England, nobody will care about you when B&B are gone

I will care. And so will the others who sat thru (on cold metal benches at a stadium that was functionally obsolete the day it was opened) Rod Rust, Dick McPherson, Pete Carroll, Bill Parcells, Raymond Berry, Ron Meyer etc...

And who are you to say what New England fans deserve or don't deserve? We have been incredibly fortunate to see a team that has had such a spectacular run... We have also sat thru seasons of despair like you will never know - on those same cold metal benches (until Kraft came along and build a very fine Stadium). No fan of New England - whether they have been a fan since week 1 of the 1960 season or since Week 17 of the 2017 season - deserves to be put on like that or derided as a band wagon fan.

Any of you want to hop on the NE band wagon? Go right ahead. There is plenty of room for all.

There have been worse divisions. Since 2000, both the Jets and Dolphins have more wins than 3 members of the NFC West. Since 2000, the Jets, Dolphins and Bills have more wins than the Titans, Texans, and Jaguars. Same goes for Ravens, Bengals, and Browns. Same for the Vikings, Bears, and Lions.

You also can't ignore the fact that some of the gap between NE and MIA/NYJ/BUF can be attributed to MIA/NYJ/BUF having 2 games against a great team built into the schedule every year. It can't all be attributed to NE having 6 "easy games" built in.

Perennially weak AFC East schedule allowing for inflated W-L record and home field advantage in playoffs, dubious refereeing including biased over-protection of Brady from contact... **** 'em.

Right.. but that doesn’t fit their narrative.

The Patriots are the model dynasty franchise of the 21st Century whether you want to acknowledge or discredit it.

Bill and Brady are making history at everyone’s expense. Personally I think they’ve been great for a league filled with mediocrity in Cap era.
