They're not only a better coached team but a more talented team overall . Much better defense which is best support for a backup QB.

In the end as well as they played without Brady they lucked out with a missed field goal to end the game. Or the story line would be much different today.

In all honesty, the only reason Garret still has a job is because of Romo. He is able to make this system look so much better than it is. If you think back to the good years with Romo, a lot of the big plays and game changers were when plays broke down and Romo was able to improvise. It has always been his ability to elude rushers and make something happen that has made this offense successful.

When is Romo at his best? When he is in the no huddle calling plays and audibles on his own. It's really amazing that Garret has been there this long. It's clear Romo is the reason for all the success we've had, not Garrett.

Just imagine if Romo was coached under Belichick or John Harbaugh this team would have had a minimum of two Super Bowls.

If the losing continues, at the end of the season Jerry should take a personal flight to Michigan and offer Jim Harbaugh a high paying contract with some type of control similar to Parcells and I know this team will make the playoffs next year.

We need a strategic coach badly.

If Belichick wins another Super Bowl, I'm ready to put him right up their with Bill Walsh as the greatest coaching genius. I don't know if I would call Belichick or Walsh the greatest coaches, but they had a genius about them that is unparalleled.

Walsh basically created five Super Bowl champions and numerous coaches so I give him the edge as of now.

Belichick has won all his Super Bowls with one quarterback, but he has been to six. If he is able to keep his team in contention with Garappolo (spelling?) and actually gets his team to the Super Bowl and win it, I'll concede him the title as greatest coaching genius.

His annual salary is 7.5 mill but he has ties to NE and is comfortable there. Why come here? But to answer your question, I'd would say 11 million a year for 5 years w a 5 mill signing bonus and power to hire his own coaches and certain draft powers as well. If you offered 15 a year he would be here in like 30 mins or so

First it starts with Jerry.. then he hires bad coaches, then the players our coached bad and put in a position to lose, etc. It always starts from the very top. JG is just doing the best he can.. unfortunately he just isn't a very good coach. But what he is good at is being a yes man for Jerry. Because of that, he gets to stay here much longer than he should be able to. JG is a fraud!
