Obviously there is grey areas but holding and wrapping your arms around a WR has been called the ENTIRE season.

There is consistency and that's the problem. Some teams consistently get all the calls and some teams don't.

I'll bet it's been decades since the Raiders won a game on a controversial call but ol' Al Davis has been on the screwed end countless times.
