The flag was thrown while the ball was in the air. Watch the replay, you'll see it. It was a good call.

but there were 2 flags after the play for unsportsmanlike conduct. would have put them at the 1 yd line and 1st down i think. maybe don't know too much about it, but that's what I'd have thought
