You may have a point. However, regardless of situation, that stat after 30 minutes has to impress just a tad. I'm not a Brady or Pats fan. Just recognizing when someone is doing some serious work...

I agree. If there ever was a time to see what Vince can do, this is it. The Titans certainly cannot do any worse in the 2nd half.

Im a Cowboys fan.....why do I truly care if Tennessee is any good or not? I cared nothing about them until they drafted Vince, then Scaife, then Hall, and then Griffith.

Even if I weren't a Vince fan, I would still feel the same. You draft a guy high and pay him a lot, you might as well play him, if the guy ahead of him isnt doing well and the team is sucking.

What would be silly would be not defending the guy mainly responsible for beating the best college team of all time, winning a national championship for the first time since '69 for Texas, overcoming the coaching of Greg Davis, having the best two Rose Bowls any player ever had, overcoming getting run over by a damn car when he was a kid, putting Texas back on the National stage. Any Longhorn fan that doesn't defend the guy is pathetic. I'm just thankful to Tennessee for paying him for all his hard work in college.

besides he'll be out of the league next year and we won't get to defend him anymore

because, you have to give him at least one or two drives into the second half, just to see if the half time adjustments worked.......well obviously they didnt....Tennessee still didnt cover or tackle anyone.
