Austin City Limits??

Unbelievable lineup for that weekend... DMB is playing that Sat night before PJ on Sunday. I think I'm gonna try to get down there too.
Yup, go every year. Big fan of Kings of Leon as well. And Toadies of course.

Ha. Toadies!

I had no idea they were still playing until a few months ago. I remember being pissed when my parents wouldn't let me take their car into DC for my 17th birthday to go to a Toadies show....so I got drunk and had a buddy give me a homemade tattoo instead. That showed 'em.

Aahhh.....youth.

Seen Toadies many times. Always a good show. Can't stand the new album though.

Couldn't agree more. I have a hard time watching The Price is Right as well.

Isn't Drew Carrey terrible on there. I like Drew but man, it's like Chevy trying to do a talk show.

Actually I live in a town that has no good rock stations.

I dont need anyone to tell me whats cool. Ill make up my own mind.

I just don't have options on the radio and the stuff I see on TV is bad.

No good rock stations? Dude. You are on a computer, right? You can listen to any freaking rock station in the nation.

Todd is the only true Toadie left, so now it's Toad and the Tadpoles... :laugh2:

except for major radio conglomerates have cornered the radio station markets, and they push all the same crap that "sells"

this isn't like the mid-'90s where there were all these different radio stations playing their own stuff

I have to browse on iTunes to find great bands, cuz they aren't being played on the radio stations

There are better stations than major radio conglomerates.

KCRW, KEXP... many of the public radio stations have slamming cutting edge programming that you can listen to for free.
