There is no doubt that there were an enormous amount of penalties (28 to be exact). However, penalties did not cost us the game. The games goes into OT, ww get the ball first, so everything that happened prior to the OT is irrelevant. All we had to do was put the ball in the end zone. I am a Dak Prescott fan (maybe even a homer), but Dak did not get it done in OT. Also, I thought the McCarthy was a great hire, and I still support the coach; but the Raiders come in with the 29th rushing defense in the league, and we throw the ball 41 times and only run it 19. We have got to get back to our kind of football; and that is a physical running attack. Clearly, at this moment, Pollard is the best back!

You lost me at "penalties didn't cost us the game," not only were there too many flags, but flags mainly happen to continue a drive, or kill one.

despite the horse crap calls...we still had chances to win the game.
inexcusable.
we need to sit zeke and let tony p carry the ball...sub in corey clement.
its time.
if dlaw can walk...he should play.
gallimore...suit him up or shut him down.
brent urban...if he can walk he should play.
ceedee lamb hopefully returns.
its time.
december football.
the final push.

McCarthy is at least acknowledging Zeke doesn’t look right.

Maybe they’ll rest him and let Pollard loose.

Or we can just keep the status quo and Zeke will never get healthy and we’ll play him over a guy who is currently better than him.

The score is tied 33-33. We go into overtime. We win the coin flip. All we have to do is go down and score a TD, and the game is over. I'm not saying that the penalties did not impact the game at all. I'm merely suggesting that the game was ours to lose once we got to OT and won the coin flip.

That pass to Noah Brown should've been caught...sure it was a tough pass but a NFL professional receiver makes that catch. If he can't then he doesn't need to be on the field.

A professional QB is able to make the pass more catchable. If he can't he doesn't need to be on the field.

90% of the time that ball is on the ground, with all NFL receivers. It was a garbage pass. Rarely an NFL WR would make a great play on that, but usually not.

Stop it.

Dak wasn't able to get it done for most of the game, but whatever. His homers still insist he did get it done and it was everyone else on the team who blew it.
Agree. Brown's 4 PI calls had absolutely no consequences whatsoever in the outcome of this game. Especially the one with only 45 seconds on the clock to give the Raiders a first down to seal it.

Oh & Zuerlein's missed extra point. Yup. It was no one elses fault but Dak's. :lmao2:

Reminds me of the old quote:

Other than that Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?

But i hear ya, once in OT, everything is wiped clean and start fresh. Pollard played a great game except that OT kickoff return...i guess he got too cocky and thought he could return another one. Would have settled starting at the 25. Got the Cowboys in a hole and the rest is history.

You have no idea what a professional QB is if you think they will never have a bad pass.

Stop it my ***. That's a catchable football. You are a Dak hater so I don't expect you to see it that way but yes you probably can't make that catch but a professional receiver should be able to.

Oh you didn't hear? Dak was suppose to go out there and help over the top so that Brown wouldn't have to interfere.

Didn't they have a penalty in OT too lol? Or am I making that up?

And then AB gets a PI on 3rd down (bogus, IMO) and sets the Raiders up for a game winning fg.

Trust me, I get the penalties. I'm only saying once Dallas wins the coin toss in OT, if they go down and score a TD, the game is over. There would have been no PI penalty on OT.

You say all we had to do was score a TD line its easy. Raiders played that OT kick off perfectly. Pooched in the air to back us way up, plus a penalty.

That's my point though...they literally got a penalty as soon as the OT started that put Dallas at the 7 yard line. That stuff hurts a offense.

one thing i definitely agree on is the run game which starts with the OL, Kellen moore and MM all need to focus on reestablishing the run game much like what carried this team in that 6 game win streak,,.its been below average since the bye..

Im starting with Moore its on his to have game plan to get this thing ramped back up and back these teams off the line..they are stacking the box and deciding to see if our pass game can win games and right now 1-3 in those 4 games with this alleged blueprint denver started..
