Even the biggest Dallas fan has to agree that if this team doesn't clean up the penalties they will be home for the playoffs. Smart not dumb teams make it and continue through the playoffs.

Flozell Adams.

Monster Troll.

In all seriousness, however, hopefully Flozell doesn't get that many false starts. He's usually good for 1 a game. He should just get it on the first drive and get it out of his system.

They will happen and the team needs to learn to overcome them.....one of these days.

I've got a lot of optimism for the rest of the year, but I fear the one thing that'll eventually sabotage this team is penalties.

I just can't understand a team that has played together for several years do the dumb(Penalties)things this team does repeatedly.

Other teams commit penalties too, but when you're the Dallas Cowboys apparently those false starts are worth 15 yards not 5, according to the attitudes of some of our fans.

Nope. Don't agree. I expect this team to make the playoffs (although they might do it by the skin of their teeth) and I don't expect the penalties to magically disappear.

Fish gotta swim, birds gotta fly, Flo's gotta move early.

If we advance, it will be despite the penalties, not because we suddenly stopped committing them.

unfortunately, I agree with that

If it is any consolation Dallas has had 6 penalties in each of the last 2 games. Much better than some of the other games this year.

It isn't so much the penalties. The issue is more the timing of the penalties. Immediately following a big play, in the red zone, etc.

There is no excuse for pre-snap penalties anywhere on the field.
