First, let me say I'm ecstatic we got the win. Secondly, I'm also a realist.

Penalties are going to do this team in if the coaching staff doesn't step up and make the players accountable. Its getting absolutely pathetic the number of penalties this team has. You cannot continue to overcome penalties and win in the NFL. All this falls directly on the coaching staff.

Yeah Ok, since when Parcells coached this team, it was the most desciplined team. Oh wait a minute.... It wasn't? I guess BP didn't know how to coach either since he had 3 HCs in waiting on his staff.... What bunch of loosers those coaches were too..

The call against Alan Ball was bull! I hate that he was penalized for a great stop on third down. That series where the defense was offsides 4 times was pathetic. I just don't understand it. People want to blame the coaches, but these are grown men. Is it that hard to practice and get in sync? At some point we have to blame the players.

No, thats is wrong. Jerry has nothing to do with that, I believe you cannot levy fines as a team on player mistakes on the field, unless it is conduct detrimental to team or agreed upon with CBA.

The rumor was that, Jerry didn't let levy high fines for team descipline (i.e. late to meeting etc other infractions). I believe that has changed this offseason and everything is now highest possible fine now for those.

So lets stop Jerry bashing there for that. Now if you want to talk about his Coaching hires, then we all agree or at least I will agree 100% there.

It's no big secret that we have been the most undisciplined team for some time now. The question is why. Do we simply have stupid players or do they just not care? Is our coaching staff as inept as they often appear? Is is a combination of the two? It's just not coincidence because it happens pretty much every damn game!!!!!!!

Well its easier to fire coaches and blame coaches then players. AFter all coaching changes have worked out with Dallas for past 13 years

This team did everything it could at times to give this game away.What is discouraging is the lack of game management in the 1st half as well as the rash of penalties.Ultimately the responsibility of game management/penalties falls upon the shoulders of Wade.Parcells couldn't relate the importance of disciplined football to this team and I highly doubt that Wade will fare any better.I have about came to the conclusion that Wade or any other coach that is long in the tooth just cannot relate to the players on this team.There is alot of football left in the season,but stupid mistakes like today against better opponents will result in losses.

It's especially bad when we continually can't seem to get the right players in the game or in the right position, or get the play called in time to avoid a delay of game penalty or to have to take a time out. It's been going on for the past year and a half, but it just keeps getting worse. THAT is on the coaching staff and there is absolutely no excuse for it.

Today I'm embarassed for our offense and defense...this game was hurtful to watch.....makes you want to puke. Horrible, stupid, pathetic...sorry have to get all that out. This season will not amount too much. We will just find out who stays and who leaves at the end of this season that is all....you you you stay...you get out and take your friends with you...this includes Flo and the coaches....good thread.

The reason this game was close was us shooting ourselves repeatedly in the foot with turnovers and penalties. It would be one thing if it was an isolated incident but every week its the same story.

This argument is, and always has been, misleading. We are much more penalized under Wade than BP, although we weren't great under BP. It's only when you cherry pick Wade's first year and BP's last that it looks close. And even then BP was a little better.

Last year we were the most penalized team in the NFL.
