I've been reluctant to tell my story about the ghost who kept visiting, but I might as well. Everyone already thinks I'm a lunatic anyway.

One night I awoke to see a woman standing at the foot of my bed. She was wearing an old-style wedding dress, and she had an evil, angry look on her face. When she realized I saw her, she gave an evil smile, and her teeth were spikey and her mouth was bloody. I thought some sicko had invaded my home, so I got up and turned on the lights, and she was gone. It freaked me out, but I got back to sleep.

The next night, the same lady showed up at my bed with that same evil grin and spiky teeth. Then I saw little demonic babies with claws, pointed teeth, and pointed ears hanging out on my ceiling, laughing at me. Once again, I got up and turned on the light and they were gone. They all kept showing up night after night, and they were freaking me out.

So I did some Internet searches, and some people suggested that it was maybe a hypnopompic hallucination brought about by being still in a dream state when you open your eyes. They said it could be caused by hypnosis or by some medications. I was being treated for migraines at the time with a bipolar medication. I'm not bipolar, but my doctor had said the med can prevent the really terrible headaches, so I had agreed to take it. Now, after seeing these weird things every night, I looked up the possible side effects of this medication. One of them was hallucinations.

So, as it turns out, the evil bride lady and the demonic babies had been created by my mind, brought on by that medication. After my doctor changed my meds, all those weird hallucinations went away. I've never really believed in ghosts, not that I think I know everything, but now I understand why people do. I can attest that it's creepy as @#$% to wake up in the middle of the night to see some evil lady and demons in your home.

I don't think my ghost was real, but some people might think she was. Either way, it was certainly one of the most creepy experiences of my life.

I'm surprised you didn't realize it was Amber Heard astral projecting into your room to torment you.

Probably the melatonin. Same thing happens to me when I take it. Had to stop.
