romo may be paid like it but he is not in the same level as brees brady manning or Rodgers.

How much do you think Romo gets paid/season? And how do you think it compares to Brady/Manning/Brees/Rodgers?

Yeth 1-3 he is and we're goldarned proud of it.

1. Saying he is 1-3 is reductionistic and simple. Everyone who has ever played football knows that its a TEAM game (maybe the ultimate TEAM game). The best TEAM we have had in the last 15 years was in 2007. Romo was young then and the Giants game slipped through his fingers (though I say that we still win if Crayton makes a third down catch). Romo is a part of those TEAMS and deserves some blame. However, he has been the least of our worries. With that being said who knows how he will be after back surgery.

2. I don't think that anyone is proud that our TEAM is 1-3. However, we can look at other QB's like Dalton and Matt Ryan who have been part of TEAMS that haven't gotten it done and still gotten paid.

I love it when a player is selfless and gives the team a discount. Cowboys should build a statue to Romo outside of the Stadium.

With a salary cap, a few million can make a big deal. Sarcasm all you want, Romo signed a team friendly deal and so did TSmith. Dez should follow their lead if he wants to win here.

Ah tell you whut: That discount will show dividents! Already we is signing meltons, mclains and others equally talented as the benifactor. Romo might never take us to a Super Bowl but in the Super Bowl of Life he his the MVP.

Absolutely, Dez should follow. I would not mind a Romo/Witten/Dez statute.
Some players get rich and others get rich and famous. Others get rich and famous and known for achiefmants. I await a Super Bowl aperance.
