Dont forget that everytime that he made it to the playoffs in the 90's that he admitted when he saw Dallas as the opponent in the playoffs he said "well the season ends in Dallas"

another one that forgot his meds today......Packers are 12 and 2 just like the Cowboys. The only decent team the Boys have played that the Packers did not play was New England. And you guys had the priviledge of playing Miami. Before last nights game, the teams Dallas played were 91 and 101. The teams Green Bay played were 90 and 101. Pretty even strength of schedule.

BTW, those OLd guys are still are pretty good. ProBowlers even. Youngest team in the league by everybody outside of CowboyZone.com. You guys need to send a memo to the league. I am sure they screwed up and forgot to check with this forum....

Something bothered me that Gumbo (yes, I intentionally spelled it that way) said during the broadcast. He said that the Packers were the youngest team in the NFL. I did some research, and here's what I found according to the 53 man active rosters right now on nfl.com:

So the Packers are one of the youngest teams, but not THE youngest. And the average age of our "old" team is a staggering 37.6 days older than those babes with mobiles of cheese in their cribs!

St. Louis and Washington both have 5 players 35+, New England(& 2 others) have 4. Dallas has 1(Brad Johnson). GB has 2.

Washington has 20 players over 30...we have the lowest with 6(along with Indy and Arz)...GB has 8.

GB and Indy have 24 players under 25, we have 20(2nd most), Philly and NYG have 19, Washington and New England have the fewest with 9.

If you want to falsely believe that the Packers are the youngest team in the NFL, nobody will stop you.


Anyway since I live in Wisconsin...

I watched the Eagles game at the g/f's apartment and her parents stopped by to get a key for their house with around 5 minutes remaining in the 4th. (somehow they managed to lock both of their keys in the house...packer fans) Her parents have 4 sets of season tickets every year so her Dad talked some trash, but was realistic and knew that the last thing the packers needed was to play another game in Dallas. It was all in good fun. Although the g/f showed her true colors and stopped cheering for the boys once her parents showed up.
